Product took 10 days to arrive. I used it twice and was very pleased with the results on my chest, but on the third time of using it fell off. It states that it can be used 15 - 20 times ! Really disappointed 😞

Extremely disappointed
Absolutely rubbish a waste of money.
The forehead patch left crater type marks on my head which did fade after a few hours but not the result I was expecting. The neck and lip patches became loose during the night so had to be taken off.
They don’t work as advertised

Doh! Last time I listen to beauty editors. I bought this product after watching a few known editors singing its praises. But they don't work and only have around 2-3 uses before they just wont stick any more and just keep falling off. No response from customer service. At all. Just terrible and I am a beauty PR. I honestly believed that the experts promoting them were being truthful. Not so. Paid ads. IGNORE the positive posts. These patches are too expensive for 1-2 uses - best buy some medical grade silicone scar tape from amazon at £9 for 3 metres and it does the same thing but at a super better price.

I hoped to improve nasio-labia lines and upper lip lines. Over 12 days I used 4 micro-derm patches and the mouth patch 5 times.
I can safely say no difference whatsoever. The website claim "You'll see a visible difference the second you remove your patch and that difference only amplifies when you use (and reuse) them regularly" is utter bollocks. I'm embarrassed I fell for it. Don't make my mistake.

Scam!! Avoid!I ordered over €200 euros worth for myself. They never arrived. There waa no response to my emails. This was over a year ago and still no response or product received.

BEWARE , If I could leave zero stars I would .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , it is from what I can tell a total SCAM , I ordered from them , have a problem with the products I received and can not get a response from them after countless e-mails . I am going to reach out to BBB to see if I can get any assistance .

Non-existent customer service. Failed to deliver my order and they now ignore all emails. I’ll be reporting to my bank as fraud.

A gimic, stay clear! Made very little difference on the first try. And you cannot clean them to use again, they have hair and dust stuck to them even after rinsing them with soap. Useless.

Ordered some under reusable eyepatches and they pulled the skin under my eyes more !
Had to stop using them . Emailed several times but had no reply at all! Wouldn’t use again or recommend them!

These are awful! When I tried to peel off, I thought my skin was going to come off with it.

Love the product, definitely saw fab results BUT only get 3-4 uses from each patch despite having purchased and used the special cleansing product. Customer service is terrible, got a very dismissive reply to my email when I raised the issue of the lack of reusability. Would NOT PURCHASE AGAIN on principle as they become incredibly expensive with only 3-4 uses, and I resent the false advertising that states 15-20 uses.

I wish I had researched this product better before buying. Total waste of $. Wouldn’t stick to my skin. Lost it in my sheets after 1 wearing. Did nothing for however long it stayed on. Good news, I only bought the mouth patch and spent $20 instead of a multi-pack.

The silicone patches simply don't work! Your skin gets moist overnight because the patches make your skin sweat. That is not moisture that fixes wrinkles! Total scam and only a 14 day return policy which isn't enough time to confirm that they don't work!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Order not received (waiting over a month for delivery) and no one responses to emails about this or to contact on their website. No customer service whatsoever.

Terrible company selling over priced, low quality so called beauty products. There is ZERO customer service, they do not answer any messages or requests. Please do not give them your money!

The cleansing fluid had leaked during transit, so half lost. Numerous emails not answered and no phone number available. Rubbish company.

SCAM ALERT! This product does not work as described and even left my skin bumpy with a weird texture that lasted several hours. Does not smooth expression-related wrinkles. Customer service is terrible - they did reply but encouraged me to try the product in a different way. Refusing to honour a return or refund. GARBAGE.

I ordered the mouth and lip patches but they were far too big. I wanted to use them vertically and had to wrap them under my chin. As a result, they did not stick properly.
I used the form submission on their website to ask about exchanging them for the eye patches as they look a better size use on marrionette lines but they have not replied.
I also sent an email on 15th and 19th of Jan but again, no reply received.
I had a dispatch email on 7 Jan so I am currently within the 14 day return period as I received them on the 10th. They constantly send marketing emails but obviously have a problem replying to queries. Not impressed!
