I placed an order for an in stock strap on 28/08 and shipping was advertised as 2-3 days. 4 days later I received a notification that the item had been shipped. The following day I received a new email informing me that the item was no longer in stock. I responded to this email on 02/09 and have not received any communication since then. Unfortunately I am unable to review the strap as it has never arrived, I have also not received any options for an alternative strap or a refund following my email on 02/09. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Edit 19/09 Customer Service contacted me following this review and confirmed an updated delivery date due to stock issues. This is fine, however, I received the strap today and after all the waiting they have sent the incorrect size. I have ordered a strap with a 19mm lug tapering to 18mm at the clasp, I have received one that tapers to 16mm at the clasp. Again, I can't recommend this seller in any way. While waiting I have ordered, received and am wearing an excellent strap from WatchGecko.

The straps themselves are pretty much the same across suppliers in my experience, but many offerings have exceedingly cheap buckles and keepers. The ones I bought here were a cut above.

Nice blue watch strap which compliments the blue face of my citizen eco drive watch. The curved ends fit the profile of the watch perfectly. I think the strap gives a more sporty look than the original bracelet.

A web search for a particular strap type led me to Wrist Envy and I’m very glad it did. A small selection of leather bund / wider straps, nonetheless with two or three suitable choices for me. After making my purchase on a weekend, my strap was delivered by midweek and I couldn’t be happier with it, especially with the discounted price paid. These are very hard to find (yes, cheaper and best avoided selections are available on A****n) but you get what you pay for. And as I have learned, you “buy cheap and buy twice”, is very true. So, for a very moderate outlay, I have the perfect strap for my 2015 Helm Vanuatu, and, with a wrist circumference of 20cm, unlike a lot of available bund straps which many end up finding too short to wear, this strap has a 5 pin holes to spare. Perfect. Leather quality and colour is very appealing, stitching is flawless and finish / patina is also very nice to the eye. Clasp feels good, discreet company logo and not garish. Tasteful. This strap will take at least a few months to mould to my wrist shape as is true with all quality leathers, but I have no doubt that its appearance and feel will only improve with age. (Unlike yours truly!) Free postage over £25 so that was a nice touch for a quick service. Overall, absolutely top notch. Will almost certainly be making future orders for other pieces in my collection. Brilliant.
