The buying process was easy. I was extremely uncomfortable to buy such an expensive item online, unable to verify the watch’s authenticity, so much I flew to the Netherlands to pick it up. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Ordered an Omega Seamaster Aquaterra from Horando Deutschland GmbH. It took a little while but was delivered in the end with no problems.

Wristler suppprted me with quick responds and delivered the watch as wanted, and I was coincidentially rewarded with a new model due to delivery delay over Christmas.
Wristler also offered me cancelling the order due to delivery delay, but I sticked to my order - and I got the watch.
Delivery was insured, and the watch is really new, with official papers from Cartier.
My girlfriend is happy, her dream came true 😊

The Trader increased the price during negotiations from the asking and published price. The platform seems to be hosting a trader who does not stick to basic negotiation rules! Even though the higher price is still attractive in comparison to highstreet prices, we decided to stop the process as this trader does not seem to be trustworthy. As far as Wistler is concerned, there should be more stringent processes in Ola e that avoid such scenarios from happening. It would also be helpful to rate Traders directly. This ine star rating is predominantly given to the Trader who fooled us during negotiations. The platform Wistler itself can only be faulted partly on this issue. Overall the platform user experience, content and offering is very good; unless we were unlucky enough to have fallen on one black sheep, trader management and control seems to require more stringent processes.
