Band undersized / poor attachment to watch
Band was so small I couldn’t fit it over my hand, and I ordered the largest size. The attachment was also very loose on my Apple Watch Ultra. Definitely did not meet expectations. It went directly in the trash.

Return Policy
I received the band it was the wrong size I had to contact support before I could return. I got automated general response . Why couldn’t that be on the website? It states where to return it and there would be a 7.99 restocking fee deducted from my return. I also had only 7 days to return it I am working during business hours and I cannot get to a post office during normal business hours this is not a good practice

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the band. It’s very durable and the Velcro closure seems sturdy for every day use. Overall, quite satisfied with my purchase.

I will wait until I learn what the resolution will be before finalizing this review. I opened my $50 watch band on Saturday. I wore it for 2 hours to church yesterday, and put it back on this morning for work. 2 parts of the band have come undone and completely fallen off the band. I am completely disappointed and I am requesting a complete replacement at no charge to me. My $12 bands have held up for years with no issue.

Didn’t receive my items and support…
Didn’t receive my items and support stated they are not responsible for stolen items. The bag was cut open and items removed and taped together. Was told they cannot refund as they were a special sale items and no offer was made to replace the items, it just stated they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Very disappointed.

I love the bands but turned off by false advertising!
I love the bands and would probably given 5 stars but I ordered 2 and was support get a 3rd free. I got he two I purchased but not the supposed free one. The invoice had no indication of when I would receive it or if I even would. This is only my second time ordering from this site and if this is an indication of false ads and issues then it will be my last!
