Talk talk broad band. I haven't had any service and have lost money and customer because of this. They said not to renew contract until problems resolved,Then they started charging me for out of context fees witch double my bill . Cost me lot stress and money for service am not getting.
Signed up for a free trial and decided it wasn't for me. Just like other reviews, even after I canceled, they still kept charging me monthly. I contacted them several times and finally had to have my bank reverse charges. I used a new e-mail to sign up so I don't receive so much junk. This e-mail has not been used at any other site and today I received an e-mail calling me names. What a terrible company.
I canceled my reword package but they reactivated 2 mounths along they took my credit cart. they are cheater. Dont use this app. And they dont have refund policy
Interesting tool, but impossible to cancel. They keep charging you monthly and the onboarding kicks you back to the billing paywall, despite already being a paying customer. Very confusing. There is no way to get to my 'settings' in order to cancel, despite the terms saying 'cancel anytime.' I would avoid this tool until they have their basic UX and customer support sorted.
