Polestar 3 Nightmare purchased from Paul Rigby
On the 11th April at circa 11pm my Polestar 3 car which was wired for charging made a loud 'Bang" alarm and lights flashed and the car "closed Down' On Sunday the 12th Polestar Assistance tried for 90 minutes but failed to gain entry of the Car. On Wednesday 15th April the Car (to move a car with its brakes on and dual motor which cannot be entered)requires specialist lifting equipment. It was taken to Listers Leamington spa. They have had this car a number of times correcting faults and upgrades. Speaking to Listers they said the earliest they might look at the car was the W/C 1st May. I am due to go on holiday on 30th April. So I phone Paul Rigby from whom I purchased the car,at Birmingham after sales a Mr. Jeremy to discuss that this car is "Not Fit for Purpose" In ten months it has spent a total of 8 weeks in Listers with faults and upgrades. Mr Jeremy replies Paul Rigby would have to look at the Car-reasonable answer? But,I ask how can I move a Polestar that cannot be entered, driven or moved without specialist lifting equipment. The reply is a repeat of "We would need to look at the car".
Please is there any one out there who can help or who cares? Polestar Support are always polite and try. But, this car is a Nightmare and at 80 years old it is causing such worry that it is making me ill. Both Listers and Paul Rigby see themselves as Volvo companies . Is Polestar just an irritant to them? For that is what I feel.

I bought a wooden carousel from teresa7250. I was really looking forward to it. For over over a week backwards and forwards trying to find out why it wouldn't turn and play the tune. Was it damaged from sitting in a hot warehouse over Christmas, or was there a fault with the mechanism? Made an order on Sainsbury’s it was ordered online from their grocery department for their special offers ordered over £40 worth of groceries to get free delivery. They messaged me that the special offers were out of stock so then tried to charge me for delivery. I phoned customer support and told them what it happened and yet the office was still online. They told me as long as it is in one of their stores in the country they can do it then cancelled my order. And told me to read terms and conditions special offers were online only just a con to get you to use their online shopping won’t be using Sainsbury’s again disgusted.LES

Look before you hire this company
This is a review for a GC (renovation/remodeling) company located on 24th St. in NYC, called "Tristate Sustainable, LLc." The GC there is Jos Dudgeon.
I hired Tristate to do a reno of my Manhattan studio at a cost of 98K.
The work that Mr. Dudgeon and his company did was nothing less than HORRIBLE. At every turn, the goal was to cut corners, never admit mistakes, and try to put the blame on me for mistakes they made. Speaking specifically of the workmanship, it was that of "handyman" grade and below. Everything from floors to tile work was done incompetently.

ACA Construction did a very poor job on my bathroom tile floor
ACA Construction of Hermitage and Gainsboro TN replaced a bathroom floor for me one year ago. The workmanship was terrible at the time. Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles.They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks.
Poor workamnship. Poor project management. Poor communication. Refusal to make this right. I very strongly advise anyone to stay away from ACA Construction in Hermitage and Gainsboro TN.

PayingFor services that were not received
I was using pucor pest control and was billed monthly for a technician that never showed as confirmed by my exterior camera’s. I was charged another few month even after cancelling my service in july and am still waiting for a refund. I was told the general manager would reach out over two months ago and never heard from him either. Perhaps this is common practice to pay for services not rendered. There are many other pest control companies don't use this one
Bad experience with Citibank
I have been a Citibank customer through Costco for the past 3 years. I’ve never had any issue with them. I ‘ve always paid my balance in full , never incurred a late fee. I recently sent them an extra payment of $697 by mistake. I called them to find out how I could get the money back since it is the beginning of the month because I needed the extra cash to pay my bills. Each representative I spoke to was giving me a different story, I was told they needed to review , to dispute and approve the transaction before I could get the money back and that could take 3-5 business days. I demanded to speak to a supervisor who was very rude , this man is heartless, inhuman and does not deserved to be in that position. He acted like he was doing me a favor and guess what he still has not done anything about the situation. They got a direct deposit from my bank on the fifth and today is the 15th I am still waiting to see the money in my account. If I was not using the card for Costco purchases I would have shredded and cancelled the card. That is how upset I am with Citibank.

⚠️ ALERT: HOMING IMOBILIÁRIA – FRAUDULENT COMPANY ⚠️
I would like to alert the general public about Homing Imobiliária, based in Lisbon, which has proven to be a highly negligent and possibly fraudulent entity.
Since 2018, this company was responsible for managing my apartment in Lisbon. Over the past 7 years, they have shown a consistent pattern of late rent payments, lack of communication, empty promises, and breach of contract.
As of today, they still owe me the following amounts:
March 2025: €1,112.95
April 2025: €1,418.01
May 2025: €1,614.27
Subtotal: €4,145.23
June 2025: (still unpaid, amount pending update)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including meetings and formal communications, Homing Imobiliária has consistently failed to meet its financial obligations.
Unfortunately, they seem to rely on the slowness of the Portuguese legal system to act with impunity. But we, as citizens, have the power to expose and hold these companies accountable.
I sincerely ask that you share this message as widely as possible. Transparency and public reporting are our greatest weapons against corruption and bad faith.
Justice will be served – but we must stand together.

Well what can I say about this place it is new it only opened in September I arrived here on the 30th of May last Friday at midday and check-in is three so I left my bag up reception and got some lunch. I came back and was placed three for my room which was on the seventh floor as I am very close to phobic I asked is there any possibility there is a spare room all I'm lower floor and it was absolutely no trouble I was moved to the second floor to probably a much superior room. Everyday the lovely people on reception staff have escorted me in the lift to breakfast and when I want to return to my room from breakfast the fabulous chef or the lovely weight of escort me down in the lift and the breakfast is amazing cooked with love and the staff are so professional and courteous nothing is too much trouble they make it look effortless. The staff of fabulous the rooms are so stylish and Chic it is so classy I would recommend this every day it's the best hotel in Malta I have ever stayed in and I have been coming here for 37 years I cannot recommend this highly or strongly enough and the breakfast room is the sky lounge on the roof so can you imagine waking up with the view of the bay and the sea in the morning it's fantastic and to dine up there in the moonlight is unbelievably beautiful.
