Ordered a 30cm wall clock with 12 photos printed as a birthday gift. I wasn't sure about quality of printed photos on the clock.. didn't know what to expect... BUT.... Quality is very good! Printed as it should. Bright and good colours. I would definitely recommend ordering a clock with photos brilliant gift! You will not be disappointed. Delivered on time.

We received the casket which was exactly what we required for our dog who sadly passed away.Well made.

I bought the cushion with my husbands picture on who passed away at end of January so life is still raw for me ,it's nicely made and I hug it when sad.People have commented how nice it is too.

Print quality is very poor. Ordered black background and what I received was grey. Acrylic block is also very sharp on the edges. Wrote a review for their website which didn’t show. I guess they only allow good reviews to be shown! Overpriced for what you get

From preparing to ordering to arrival, everything was easy. I am very pleased with my memorial collage and would recommend this company to anyone. The process of organising the photo selection and choice of font etc. was straightforward and there were helpful instructions for those, like me, who might hit a problem. I also thought that the pricing was very reasonable for the quality.

Received a damaged product, very poorly wrapped. Print quality is very poor. There were grass and dirt stuck on the print that has been framed over.
The plastic cover is scratched in many places.
Very disappointed when I received it as it’s for a special birthday.
Prefer to use smaller business but this experience has put me off doing so in the future.
Emailed the company straight away with pictures and Kirsty emailed back the next day explaining it was in an unacceptable condition and asking if I wanted a replacement and partial refund or full refund. She also explained it was due to having some temp staff. I emailed back Friday night confirming I would like a full refund

I haven’t heard anything since this one email reply, emailed again asking when will I get my refund and no reply. Opened a refund request and no reply.

The only positive was fast delivery that I paid for.

I am now £56 out of pocket.

Update - PayPal have decided in my favour and issued full refund.

I very rarely (in fact I think this is my 2nd ever) leave reviews but I have been blown away by the quality and efficiency of this company's customer service. After a mix up with my order a quick phonecall and a lady called Laura could not have been more helpful and accommodating to help fix it. Highly recommend

Ordered a cushion for a Christmas present the first image a sent was to dark i contacted the company with a new picture and it was changed without a problem, I've received the cushion and it's perfect ❤️

Was disappointed with the size of my orders, i did not check the dimensions before ordering, i don’t think they were worth the price I paid for them and even on sale i still spent a lot of money on them. They will be loved and appreciated regardless though!

I love my rememberance box for my pug george, I personalised it and they also let me write my own phrase on it and made it fit for me. It means alot that they did this for me, in this hard time I would definatly recommend.

A lovely cushion for a family who lost their precious dog.
The cushion arrived quickly and just as described. Would recommend this company.

Waited over 10 days to receive product after it said 5-7 days upon purchasing, no replies via telephone contact number and slow replies via email. Eventually received my order and it has arrived with a damaged photo frame. However Kirsty remedied the issue and urgently sent our a replacement frame which came in time so thank you very much for turning things around. I would recommend their products however please order 2/3 weeks ahead of time to make sure you you receive you order well and in time.

Ordered this cushion for my mum who was struggling with the recent loss of her brother, she absolutely loved it, it gives her something to hug when she needs to be close to her brother . The quality is lovely, a well made cushion that looks like it can cope with lots of hugs.
