Writemaker.com Reviews

We use Writemaker for our website and are impressed with the easy to use website builder. The customer service has been excellent as we've come up against some tech things we weren't sure of how to solve. Would recommend.

Absolutely foolproof. I love it. Build a professional website in hours. Tweak it and within a day you have a fully functional ecommerce ready, tried and tested web presence. Support is absolutely fantastic. Response and resolution is really quick. You cannot go wrong and finally, the price. You can't even get fish & chips for that anymore. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastically easy to navigate and gives a very professional look. I used this builder to make a website to sell artwork and use as a digital portfolio and it has a huge repertoire of features to achieve exactly what you have in mind. It didn't take long to learn my way around WriteMakers' features, and its running time is very quick and smooth so it's really easy to make quick adjustments, swap out images, rearrange content etc. Sam is also very helpful and prompt if you do get stuck. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sam at Writemaker.com for your website needs. I went from absolutely nothing to having a fully functioning website, blog and enquiry form within a day. There is always someone on hand to help, I have zero knowledge on this type of thing so really appreciated the hands on approach to getting my site up and running. Would definitely recommend getting in touch!

Excellent customer service paired with a fantastic, uncomplicated website builder that has certainly done great things for me.

Fantastic Service for a fantastic product. Affordable for all businesses with all the facilities and apps that others offer for a higher price. The Support and Customer Service is the best we think we have had EVER and the company should be very pleased with that they have achieved so far!

Highly recommended! Even as a novice I have found it easy to set up my website with great tutorials and excellent customer service to help along the way.

Thanks Sam!

The only comment so far is It could do with a better sorting system for the shop. I am trying to list a lot of records and it will become quite difficult later. It does say that for listing a lot of products an outside cart might be better,. Also better shipping. The website maker itself is very Intuitive and easy to understand. Andy

New to their site but so far have received very responsive customer service from Sam. If they maintain this & their product lives up to this standard I will be immensely delighted. 😀

I was using Wix for 4 years to run my website and when I was about to rebrand I decided to have a little look around for website builders to consider starting from scratch, and I found writemaker.
Half of what I was paying with Wix, and super easy to use. With 5 email addresses included, it’s perfect for small businesses.
The support team are great, and quick to answer your questions, also offering advice on top of what I asked to make the website layout neater.
No hidden fees, no long term tie ins, no need to keep upgrading your package like the big name hosts.
Trustworthy, straightforward, good product and business.
I highly recommend.

Redesigned my website with Writemaker after being a long standing customer of Squarespace. I found them very easy to use with advanced templates. Love the mobile optimisation. Was especially impressed that someone contacted me to find out how I was getting on... Even better considering I have saved money. Would highly recommend.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but after using Wix for many years, I had enough of the lacklustre mobile/tablet site builder and decided I needed to try someone new. These guys popped on my Google search and for only 8 quid a month I decided to give them a shot!

They've been brilliant right from the start. The desktop builder is the easiest I've ever used and the mobile optimisation is brilliant! The tutorial videos on their 'Writemaker Academy' are a nice touch and meant I was able to start playing around straight away.

I also noticed they offer logo design and domain names, which I was looking for anyway, so now I can manage these all in one place rather than having countless different accounts with numerous companies.

Give these guys a shot, you will not be disappointed

I found Writemaker to be the perfect platform to build a site for my project. Offering easy to use, flexible customisation for both styling and structuring my site, I didn't often need to look at the many helpful video tutorials and help section articles which explain clearly how to use the platform well. I found this to be a much better experience than other website builders I've used in the past.
