A few days ago I wrote a very negative review but it turns out it was not for TRUSTPILOT. It was meant for a DIFFERENT company. I’m very sorry for the mistake. I do not see it here so hopefully it has been removed. I Know nothing negative or positive about Trustpilot.
LG French Door refrigerator has very poor quality
I bought LG French Door refrigerator from very reliable vendor ABT store 9 years ago. Last year the refrigerator compressor stopped working. According to my claim LG sent its representative to change the compressor that was done. Now after 15 months the compressor stopped working again. Now the compressor still under the warranty but I have to pay for labor, which is from $375.00 and up. So the LG compressor has so poor quality that has to be exchange every year. During these 9 years the refrigerator had several problems that ABT technicians could not solve and I was dissatisfied with my fridge. I want LG pays for the labor because the company compressor has so poor quality. It's a shame! Do NOT ever buy LG production.

Scavengers on the fallen
Last November I noticed that I got scammed by a crypto scammer GTStox early enough and had all the fresh traces to them so with all that info, I searched for recovery companies with the hope they really existed. I went through fake not fake ads, pages as TRUSTPILOT and similar fake or not fake reviews, who knows. If somebody is hurt and he wants to get help and recover quickly what he lost. So, I chose one of those "trustworthy" Global PayBack Ltd at the very beginning of December last year (but later discovered it is a virtual unregistered unlicensed domain for EU being run by Rozenti Media and Consulting Ltd another unlicensed unregistered firm for EU. They asked upfront 800€ for services and sent me an agreement that I right away apprehended since in one paragraph stated that even if they would not recover anything there is no obligation to refund the client. But there was the time pressure and fresh leads to scammer that pushed me to accept the terms, with the assurance by phone communication by their pusher with sweet talks of pushers but as I signed the agreement not under my free will it should not be legally binding. Moreover, the pusher since he knew the value of my investment damages and came up with suggestion that if I paid additional 1200€ I could see much more recovery and that would partially come around Christmas time. First I got suspicious with GlobalPayback by the end of December, as nothing happened, then really got suspicious by the end of January this year since I was not even contacted, no work plan from them, no ideas, no quick recovery.
So, I emailed them in January and received through their super manager of my case some week explanations who later forwarded a kind of a dispute letter in English (a 15 minutes job even for me) to request a chargeback at my banks that. That trick is known to me too. Later on I found that they even do not know the procedures in banking environment in CEE countries, complaint authorities, etc. Therefore they had ill-fated advices loosing just the precious time for recovery, but now I think this was net evet their primary aim.
One of my last try was to send a request to the officials of GlobalPayback to cancel the contract and get refunded the upfront 2000€ and so I contacted the support, but so far no acknowledgement, nothing. Later on the manager stated me through phone or mail they do not make refunds.
So I had to wait from May 6 to July 23 for the outcome of Global Payback ill-fated request, but maybe it was the time to sweep up the traces and scam me off.
In the meantime, I contacted several times the Israeli Embassy to Bratislava, Slovak Republic, begging for help to send me contacts for Israeli licensing authorities, law enforcement and others to be able contact them with request to stop those criminal minds exporting their activities unpunished around the globe virtually but this effort was in vain too.
Then guru assistant of GlobalPayback mailed me July 27 “We are no longer waiting for them and we are taking actions from our side, I will update you with any information we have” but since then they really disappeared…

On August 31, 2021, I came to the noted above location requesting to provide me with the information regarding a raised up payment for the next month. Marina who called herself as the director of the store refused to let me know where I can obtain this information. She called me “unstable” and invited her coworker to offend me as well. Then, they started to yell on me together. It’s unacceptable. It’s an assault of my dignity, potentially is very serious. There’s the most common form of abuse as the form of elder abuse. I have experienced this kind of offence in several occasions myself. I have also observed this behaviour towards any other customers for numerous times. It’s devastating and is frequently traced to some ways of financial abuse. I want to cancel my service from Vodafone. However, Vodafone refused to return my money back that were paid in advance.

I have every email, receipt order number everything. in their email this am they say not to post negative reviews. too bad. keep to your word and business arrangement. take my advice look around the internet you’ll find the same prices and get what you with out the hassle and brain damage of dealing with them. lastly, my last watch from them i was told i would receive a discount. that still hasn’t shown up. don’t waste your time here
RIP off Corkage Charge at Kalo's Wilmslow
I booked for my family of 6 to have a meal on Sunday 22/08/21 at Kalo's Wilmslow Cheshire..
On phoning I was told bring your own alcohol policy but nothing else. The food was okay standard chips, chicken kebabs .
Service excellent.My husbands meatballs were cold but once we sent them back fresh hot ones came. Turkish coffee requested with sugar. Came with no sugar.
But I am totally angry that we spent £100 on food and charged a 4???? Corkage charge.
1.I was not informed of this charge at any time if booking or sitting down.
2,We took 2 bottles of wine but only opened 1. Screw top to bottle.
I will never or advise other friends to go to Kalo's. What a RIP off £8.00 for our selves to unscrew our own 1 bottle of wine.£8.00 for our selves to flip beer tops off.
If we had been informed of this charge we would not have taken alcohol. I have been to other BYWA and at the most charge £2.00 or nothing. £100 we spent on Sunday pm.

My 91 year old father Lives at El Rio Memory care in Modesto Calif.. Mary who is in charge is just down right Rude and Nasty. I'm not my dads power of attorney because I do Not live in Calif. so she doesn't care how she speaks to me. When My dad first moved there my phone calls were blocked. The front desk would NOT let me talk to my dad. I was told by Mary that my dad didn't want to talk to me. I had to have the Ombudsman help me. She made Mary Take a phone to my dad who said of Course I want to speak to my daughter. He told her that he NEVER said he didn't want to speak to me. Now my dad has problems with his cell phone. He forgets to charge it and then forgets how to turn it back on. Some times he turns the ringer off and doesn't know it. Today was the 5th day That I called El Rio Memory Care front desk to ask for help turning my dads phone on so I could talk to him. I called El Rio 10 different times in 5 days to ask for help from different people at the front desk. Today when I called I explained that it had been 5 days since I first tried to get my dad's phone turned on so I could speak to him. Mary got on the phone and started yelling at me that it hadn't been 2 weeks and that my dad didn't want to speak to me. I told her I never said it had been 2 weeks but 5 days and all I wanted to do was speak to my dad. She was short and nasty with me when all I wanted to do was speak to my 91 year old dad. Someone then went to my dad's room and turned on his cell phone and he was able to call me. What I'm afraid of is if she is so Nasty and short to me how is she treating the people she is supposed to care for? If you are NOT the POA she doesn't care how she speaks to you. Mary has made me afraid to call so I don't have to deal with her.

Sound quality great and wonderful material used for manufacturing. BUT WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!! They spent ONE PENNY on the charging port. Why couldn't they spend ONE DOLLAR?? Like a cell phone. The most important part, being able to recharge is ridiculously cheap. Around the 12th time I recharged it the tiny little port you plug into snapped off. I easily removed 4 screws to see if it just slipped out of place. BUT NO!!!! This ridiculous tiny cheap port that was barely soldered on the motherboard came undone. I'm looking at it thinking maybe I can fix it.. it's so tiny and cheap i can't believe it. The rest of the speaker and electronics and the box this all goes into are fabulous, top grade components. WHY DID THEY NOT DO THIS IMPORTANT PART with the same high quality. So so disappointed. I bought this became I don't like hold a cell phone to my head and being a little hard of hearing the speaker phone on cells suck. The speaker on this is huge and high quality, I used it everyday and it kept a long charge. After the 12th time I went to charge it this cheap little component broke off. Sadly they could of made this thr greatest Bluetooth speaker in the world but unfortunately they got incredibly CHEAP. Do not buy!!! I can't even contact them. There is no way. I bought this through Amazon who normally take care of customers. The big problem is even if they replaced it, with the charging port being GARBAGE it will definitely break again within only a few times of using. The company needs to fix the port with a standard cell phone port. No big frigging deal. They should then send new ones to everyone they RIPPED OFF.
