Thornes Property Management (HML) Luton

You know its not your day when your tenant calls and says the ceiling is letting in water from a big down pour. I thought this was going to be a nightmare. I called Thornes who are the property management company for the Academy apartments in Luton and Samantha was so "on the ball" she just more or less took over, told me not to worry, sent over the address info and tenant info and my info and she would make sure it gets to the right person. 30 minutes later Polly Dyer from Thornes (HML) called me and said we have organised the scaffolding and informed your tenant the contractor will be there in the morning and we will keep you informed of progress through out !

I have been in the lettings game for 30 years and I can't recall a management company ever being this efficient ! so breath of fresh air guys and thanks.

The Range online order problems

Hi, Just to.add to my previous reviews re the Range, their customer service or lack.of. I briefly mentioned previously.
That all Cardolders have a consumers' right to raise a Chargeback with thrir Bank, or Card Issuers. I think common reasons to.give to the Bank for example: either late delivery or non receipt of goods. The Bank will ask.if you have tried to.contact the Co, which you.must have done before they will agree to.go ahead, so explain to.them attempts you have made. Don't be fobbed off by the Bank as they are obliged to.investigate on your, behalf as you are their customerl, to try to.obtain a refund for you. It won't happen overnight but if you persist you should get money refunded. Hope this helps.

This Will be the LAST.

We could not travel from Florida to California because of Coronavires, Vacasa will not cancel and refund our money. We rented numerous times in the past from Vacasa but THIS WILL BE THE LAST.

The driver came barreling down my…

The driver came barreling down my driveway and smashed into my Audi. He lied about it but we saw and heard it. Also on our video cameras. His car was in insured and had a red rejection sticker on it. Instacart after 2 days trying to reach them was very rude and told us they don’t insure them so we have
to use our own insurance and pay a deductible to fix it. Also when you tip you tip on the total and we received half our order but he got tipped on the full order.No apologies, no help.

I had trouble getting a refund to my costumer I tried emailing them no reply, Then they frozen my account, I tried calling them and ask me leave my number and I won’t loose my place and they did call me back, We’ll they did call me back ask if this was Sherry, I said yes, I was on phone waiting to talk someone 1 hour and 15 minute, I finally hung up, They have worse costume service, Never did get any help, I’m not sure if I will continue with using Pay Pal, If you are making decisions about Pay Pay don’t use them . I have been loyal to Pay Pal for years and be treated so badly is disgrace,

excellent service from start to finish…

excellent service from start to finish tom in fosse park shop was great helped us chose our colours and it came bang on for our living room
steve&manni the delivery guys were excellent as well they put everything into place and took away all the packageing I would recommend scs to all my friends and family for sofas and would purchase from them again

National ha given me peace of mind, I've always had Excellent Customer Service, Friendly, Honest People, I did Recommend National to my Daughter-in-Law and happy to say she is on it now

I just got my GEORGE life size cut out…

I just got my GEORGE life size cut out & HE is GRAIT !!! Not sure yet where the one will go...I have 8 of him ! hahah But I will find a good spot. Highly recommend this company. Hope they continue to put out more of GEORGE !!!!!

I have given one star as there was no…

I have given one star as there was no option to leave zero, having taken out travel insurance with Staysure for my Granddaughter to go travelling with her friend in Thailand and put all medical issues down as to be sure she would be in good hands should help be needed.I thought peace of mind for her and her family, how wrong were we ? I received a call from my Granddaughter in Thailand and she was in a very distressed state being unable to breathe properly and with chest pains, I recommended she hang up and call an ambulance immediately, I then get a call when she gets to the hospital and told no treatment would be offered as Staysure would not cover the costs, my Granddaughter was told by Staysure that she had been taken to the wrong hospital and she should have gone to one on the other side of the Island.Being in so much pain and discomfort and distress I'm sure this was the last thing on her mind. So thank you Staysure for offering travel Insurance that was not worth the paper it was written on. I have emailed Staysure but surprise, suprise I got no reply. So for me I will never take out Insurance with them again, should be called Stay at Home and not Staysure. £160 I paid and she was given No help what so ever, Staysure should be ashamed of themselves and how they think they are worth 5 stars God knows. And this morning a letter arrived offering my Granddaughter 20% of her next policy. Ivor Lawrence.
