QA To Improve
I think a 4 star will suffice for my experience so far. Everything that I have seen people write about here have actually changed. These guys are quality oriented and if you want to write rubbish, go to other accounts. Mark you, you cannot just write a poor quality paper and expect to go scot free. The client will not be happy at all. However I want to pose a challenge to the QA team, a writer may submit a 10 day deadline order within 2 or 3 days. You delay this order for even for 5 additional days in the name of quality check. Delaying order completion grossly affect on the payment. A writer may expect something fat after 14 days, but fail to get because completion was delayed for an order.

Please, be advised that considering a significant number of orders in the system, the QA Department has to prioritize them from the most to least urgent. That is why sometimes it takes time for them to check a certain order. Moreover, we expect that the writer's paper requires only minor editing, not extra revision or corrections, so the thing that really delays the order (and the payment, respectively) is not following the customer instructions from the very first attempt.
However, we are planning to introduce a vital update soon that should be helpful for the writers to plan their working schedules.

My account was placed on hold for changing the payment email after explaining that the reason for changing payooner email was because the it was on suspension for 182 days. The company did not listen and placed my account on hold. Later, i requested my payment with another email of payment which they accepted but since November last year , they have not given me my payment. Understanding is better than just showing you have more power to rule. Dictatorship and slavery ended long ago.

Please, be advised that if the writer provides a suspicious third-party payment method, our policy prescribes a security check to ensure that the account still belongs to its initial owner. If you failed this security check and your account is to be terminated, we need to wait until all your payments are approved to release them; this might take some time.
All the payments the writer is entitled to are released before the account closure, with no exceptions to this rule.
If your account has been terminated with no Upcoming balance released with no reason provided, please get in touch with us via hr@writershub.org.
Slavery Wages
I'm only giving it a 1 star because the pay is really low. Everything else about the company is great, no complaints. But I'm jaded and tired of working for $3 a page. Junior writer's earn $2.4 and senior writers $3.00-$5.00. The highest amount is $7 and that's for a really short timeline. 2-4 hours max
The rep here is lying. Please stop lying to the world (so you can look good) that the lowest pay is $3.5 and actually increase it to that for your actual employees.
The prices are so low, I'm quitting soon. They talk about bonuses, but the bonuses don't make an impact, they can be as low as $0.96. I'm tired.
And also why should we beg the assign team to raise the CPP so we can eat, pay bills and live??Increase the CPP starting from $5 for senior writers to retain them, or else you will be left with low quality employees who work for peanuts and ruin your reputation with clients.

However, there must be a misunderstanding regarding our salaries.
We meant that $3.5 is the minimum CPP for a Senior writer; The Junior writer's salary is just insignificantly lower and the writer skilled enough to deliver the quality work usually manages to get a promotion within the shortest time possible.
In general, our salaries reflect the current situation on the market; we constantly follow up on it to make sure the compensations of our writers are up-to-date.
The bonuses we talked about previously are not the order-based bonuses for the customer's positive review; we were referring to the Monthly bonus that allows the writer to earn up to 30% of their monthly salary. For Team writers, the amount is even higher; you may check our Fines and bonuses section to get acquainted with bonus requirements.
We also never force our writers to beg for a salary raise; we support the idea of healthy negotiation. If the writer can justify the salary raise on the exact order (due to its complexity, urgency, etc.), our Assign agents will take their opinion into account and might reconsider the suggested price.

so far I believe the company is great. however the payment methods are not pleasing at all. the 14days requirement before you pay for an order makes it impossible to get paid for any Oder completed one day after the last payment. meaning the orders will take a whole month before being paid . for instance if you are paid on 1st it means next payment is 15th-18th. this means that only orders completed on 1st,2nd and 3thd will have completed 14days before that payday. hence any orders done from 4th to 18 will not be paid at all. meaning that an order done on 4th will be paid between 30th and 3 of the following month. that is really demotivating. other companies pay completed order as long as customers are satisfied and have downloaded the work. even if the customer ask for revision when an order is paid writers will always do that because no one wants to lose an account.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Unfortunately, there is no technical possibility for us to release the writer's payment as soon as each order is completed. Our Billing Department set these rules to make sure each writer earned some amount on their balance to minimize transaction fees.
Technically, your payment is delayed for a month only at the very beginning; after that, you will receive payments every 14 days. All the orders not included in your previous payroll will definitely be included in the next one.

WritersHub is not bad as people put it. People complain about strict and bad support. Working with the company I never felt their support decide on an issue based on unjustified reasons. If a writer abide by their rules you will have no reason to complain about them. My manager Naomi Wilson gives her writers many chances before she terminate writers account. I speak this from experience. She was my account manager. She gave me many chances before she terminated my acocunt. I feel the decsion was justified. All my dues was paid in fine before termination. The company however has cons. They pay low CPP ($2.4), something discouraging. Low CPP force a writer to handle many paper within a short in order to afford paying rent and offset bills. I think with higher CPP, a discipline writer will take less order and handle them perfectly, and afford rent and bills. They give low CPP even for masters and doctoral orders. WritersHub needs to really improve on this. Another con is that the online company hires so many writers making it hard to access sufficient orders to pay rent and offset bills. Hiring many writers sometimes make some support agents tough on writers and the company takes advantage of high labour suply than demand and give even low CPP less than $2.4. Overall the company is good for a beginner, gain writing experience and consider other companies that offer good CPP and receive better pay. With strict rules, you get good training and improve writing skills.

Working online has its ups and downs. I have not worked with this site but from reading the reviews, I realized that most people complaining and writing negative comments are not genuine in their arguments. Most of the reviews are from personal perspective losses and anger from mean people.

Awesome Experience
My experience with the company has been amazing so far. Although my quality has been up and down occasionally, I have always taken the feedback and concerns from my manager positively, which has enabled me to grow as a writer. For any new writer, you need to work on your quality, and trust me, and you will have an awesome experience since your efforts will be appreciated with a monthly bonus. I had to file a police report for harassment
Ben, James and Brian are womanizers. I was literally yelled at and demeaned by every one of these guys over the phone when I requested we quit our contract And I wanted a refund. They shamed me saying my review of their horrendous work ethic would sink the company. I was called, harassed and texted from multiple 415 area code numbers. I said stop. They wouldn’t. It elevated my anxiety the harassment was so bad. A sheriff had to place a stop to it but it didn’t stop there. James continued to write me in text saying I ruined his reputation over a one star review. No James. You stole my money, broke our contract multiple times and then victimized yourself. Ironically that’s what I hired you to help me write. About this. It’s insane what happened. This company is red flagged by me as a life coach and writer across the globe. Don’t do it. You’ll regret being scammed and mistreated.
P.s yes we DID work together. I have proof in email and text from all the writing team that harassed/failed me. I will not remove my review. Nice try though.
