First, I appreciate the opportunity to work with Writers Hub. This company has plenty of work with numerous repeat clients. It has offered many writers an opportunity to earn their living, and am glad to have been a part of the WritersHub family. I had posted a review critiquing the company for withholding my pay after the closer of my account. The Company has reached out to me and we have agreed to settle this issue amicably, it will release my funds and solve this problem conclusively. I can confirm that the Company is now pursuing a new customer management system (CMS) that puts more focus on the writers and seeks to empower writers with the aim of providing a conducive environment for increased productivity. To all aspiring writers, WritersHub will offer you a chance as long as you have the ability to provide quality papers. Explore and earn with WritersHub.

Reckless and useless QA. I wonder whether they went to school or they just attended school. Mere school dropouts!

Here we go again. All new writers willing to join writershub.org be warned. Your account will be terminated sooner than you expected. This company has an account manager who goes by the name Nathan whose greatest pleasure is found in sending you an email telling you your account will be terminated. In my case, I was left stranded after I was told that they could not verify my identity not forgetting I had already worked on more than 60 orders. Now as I post this, my account is about to be terminated. Don't forget they had verified my identity when I signed up for the account and I even completed the five orders for proficiency test.
If you go ahead and sign up, make sure you are ready to receive an email telling you "Account terminated." My advice to you please sign up elsewhere before you confront a similar problem. The company is collapsing all thanks to "Nathan your account manager."

It's a pity they treat their writers like trash, regardless of how excellent a writer's work may be, the QA team keeps on asking for revisions and uneducated ratings, i doubt whether the QA team even know how to write. Mere school dropouts. Treat your writers with respect and you will go far, otherwise writers hub will never measure up with other writing sites. New writers! stay away from writers hub. Good luck

I am a writer at writershub and I am always grateful for the opportunity. There is however room for improvement in the QA department. The department does not follow up with writers complaints. The rating system is crazy, the QA department revises ratings at whim despite the content having improved. Papers take forever to be sent to customers who in the meantime bombard you with requests to make changes to a paper you completed and has not been sent to them. Did I mention that the QA department never replies? Once QA have reviewed a paper they require you to include the changes the customer requested before she looked at the paper. They don't care whether these changes clash with the existing content. What is the point of assigning orders to a writer if their input is never considered? Writers are forced to make extra changes that were never part of the initial agreement. The writers opininon never matters, whatever QA feels is best goes through, even when it is clear that they haven't understood the customer's instructions. They should treat their writers better. I am going to die of hypertension as a result of working for this company, but what can you do. Poverty :/

The customer service is excellent, payment is done on a timely basis without fail and work is available all year. Honestly, the best writing agency you could sign up to.

I find this business a joke. Twice I have applied, and been unsuccessful after passing the online assessment. When I enquired recently as to why my application had been rejected, I was told that my written assessment did not meet the required standards. I have been writing many different forms of business communication for around 15 years in both corporate and freelance environments. I have written four non-fiction books, (published) one of which was shortlisted for a very prestigious literary award in my country a few years back. I have also ghostwritten a book for an international motivational speaker. So the mind boggles as to how come my writing skills are not at the level they require! Reading the comments here, though, I feel rather grateful that they rejected me.

This company has the most unreasonable manager in the world. He calls himself Nathan Walker. Nathan if you are reading this, this company is going to fall because of you. Nathan terminated my account for not taking any orders for a period of 2 months, a period of which I was undergoing a kidney transplant. I gave this explanation and the best that he could offer was "my decision is final." He stupidly goes ahead to tell me that I should have emailed him, who emails from the operation room? who even thinks of work when they are about to undergo through a process that they may not come out alive? Then Nathan walker terminates the account without any compensations. SHAME ON YOU NATHAN.

The company is just exploitative! Silly fines, reassigning without explanation, the pay is just terrible, How can you demote someone who has worked as a senior writer for two years to junior level! Avoid these guy!

They ask you to do free five orders. There QA does not do a single thing and makes you do free revisions even on order where the customer shows no issues. No matter how much good you perform they don't appreciate your work. They will always make an excuse to not promote you to a senior level. They just Expect writers to be Available 24*7 as if we don't sleep. The money they offer is too less to bear all their tantrums.

If you sign up for this company..kindly buy a dosage of painkillers and anti depressants. You just cant predict your income, because of constant fines for small mistakes, and reassignments without any explanations. If you are looking for a decent company..then look somewhere else

This is one of the worst writing company I have ever worked with.They fine you for simple mistakes,support is not ready to listen to you.They terminated my account for no good reason.

The company is not paying me after blocking my account. There is hardly any reason for closing my account. I already an experience of more than 3 years., How can I make mistakes?

I have been working with these guys for almost two years. I absolutely love this service and recommend it to use. Payment system is easy, you will always get your payment in time. Support staff is super friendly and always eager to help you out any time of the day or night. I would rate it with 10 out of 5 if I could!

I have worked with the company under different accounts for different writers and the support is responsive and well treating until the season is off peak or you commit so many mistakes. This company is awesome for all new writers. Please separate the platforms for probation and paid accounts.

Writers Hub is a company to avoid, Nowadays, they are approving accounts but when you complete 5 jobs they close it. When you send the documents, they declare them fake. If you ask them for Skyping to confirm you identity, they decline. This is the worst company to join. The pay to little, peanuts, Imagine paying 1.27 dollars for a whole job, this is insane. Please review your QA, they are focused giving writers poor rating.

AM Just Bored
The very frustrating thing is that they fine you for silly mistakes with the excuse of quality. They don't investigate any issue regarding the objection of the client. Even if they investigate, the process of fining a writer is not transparent. They always support the client over their writers. No partial fine they always fine you fully.
Imagine spending the whole night while working on an urgent paper, only for the order to be reassigned without notice. Does it mean the paper I submitted received a 0 score? Even if the paper failed to follow some requirements, why couldn't it be placed on revision status? Even if the client insisted on assigning the paper to another writer, why couldn't I be paid 1/4 of the order value? And remember this is after the client had asked me to submit the URLs for all the sources used via the chat section. I did all this at no additional payment. This is unfair...this is slavery...this is inhumanity.
