Helped me become a Substack bestseller

WriteStack is the only Notes service I would use for Substack. It has helped me to schedule all of my Notes around a busy work and family schedule and grow to be a bestseller. Orel is also a fantastic builder who responds to all questions and genially cares about his audience and product.

Writestack is the only tool you need

Writestack is the only tool you need to run your Substack.

I have been using this tool from its very early days and it had a great impact on my ability to run my Substack. The scheduling functionality is absolutely fantastic, the Activity Center lets you engage with your readers and the notes generator gives you inspiration when you're not sure what to write about.

If you want to grow on Substack and don't burn out in the process, you need Writestack.

If you want to be smart about Substack…

I've been beta testing WriteStack right from day one, and it absolutely changed my Substack journey, not only by freeing up my time but also by showing me what's currently performing well on Substack. I'm also super impressed by the level of new features that Orel implements on a weekly basis and by how quickly he responds to any technical questions or challenges. If you want to be smart about Substack, WriteStack should be a no-brainer.

Great product, even better support

Six months using Writestack for my Substack newsletter. Good product. I've known that for a while.

What I didn't expect was what happened yesterday.

I had a login issue and reached out to support. The founder himself picked it up. He was travelling, pulled into a cafe, and sat down to work through the problem with me until it was resolved.

That's not normal. Most software companies at this stage have a ticketing system and a 48-hour response window. You don't get the founder pulling over for you.

Writestack helps me with newsletter ideation and Substack metrics. It does that job incredibly well. But customer service is where a lot of growing software companies fall apart, and this team hasn't. That matters more than people realize when you're actually depending on a tool day to day.

If you're a Substack creator looking for something purpose-built for the platform, this one's worth a serious look.

My #1 resource for Substack.

I run an email list with approximately 20,000 people and a multi-million dollar business online. Writestack is my number one resource for all things Substack. It's my go-to for analytics and my go-to for content creation. The ability to repurpose articles into Notes almost instantly saves me so much time. I don't use any other apps or resources for Substack. Only this one. If you are serious about building online, Writestack has my highest recommendation.
