Help Desk and IT rule Administration = your experience

Such a shame to leave only two stars. The Faculty (writers) are 5 stars, all of them. Truly. They go out of their way for you. The staff is another thing.

The problem is with Admin, IT and Help Desk, the info they provide and worse, their attitude. Class definitions are hazy and lack important info to make a proper choice. Help Desk's attitude regarding possible improvements or even what is blatantly wrong is: Take it or leave it. And they hide behind the wall we see everywhere now protecting lack of performance "You are making us weather too much!"

You write the Dean of Students & One-to-One and you get a reply from the head of Help Desk/IT. The tail is wagging the dog. They also make decisions based on private communications between students. Big Brother is watching.

Their platform for novels is dated. Lectures are good but nothing more than you could not glean from 6 or 7 good books and it is based on the 'critique' approach, so, out of context. It appears they are directing serious novel writers to the One-to-One approach. I wouldn't go there seeing as the person in charge doesn't communicate directly with you when you send a personally addressed communication. Think the president needs to know, to protect the instructors. I'll take the time and send a copy of this to him. Always good if the captain knows what the crew is doing. Helps to keep the boat afloat. Like I said, sorry for the Instructors, they're great.
