Your bank can issue a refund if you report the scam.
On August 26, 2025, I ordered and paid for the Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max monitor extender from the website thewroocs. However, I have not received the item, and the website has become inaccessible. Consequently, I believe the website is fraudulent.
The fraudulent website is associated with Lixoval Limited, which is listed on the Companies House records online.
The director/officer of Lixoval Limited is Shazia Moin, a Pakistani national. The correspondence address is Flat B-B, 211, Worple Road, London, England, SW20 8QY.
I contacted my bank to report the scam and I received an immediate refund. Under a new law which was enacted in October 2024, banks must issue refunds within five working days for instances of fraud in which individuals are tricked into making payments to fraudulent accounts (commonly referred to as Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud).
To report the scam to your bank, you have two options: you can either call your bank or simply log into your bank account online. Locate the specific transaction in your bank statement and select the option “help with this transaction,” “dispute this transaction,” and “report it as a fraud.”

Scam alert

Received emails with tracking which appeared ok.
However the delivery date given has passed and the link to tracking takes me to a security alert page now.
I have requested a full refund and will be requesting bank chargeback if this is not resolved within a week.

Wroocs, a Fradulent Company.
Wroocs is a Fraudulent Company. They claim to sell computer based products, you order, pay, they send you the invoice and then fail to deliver. The fraud also includes sending you a complete trail of delivery details from manufacturer to delivery attempts but the items are never delivered. If you track your order on their website you get 'Order Not Found' and there is never a reply from customer service. I have now received a refund from my Credit Card Company as they recognize the company is fake
