Customer service is non existent, subscription cut off before end date
I subscribed to a 2 year subscription to The Economist in November of 2019. They supplied me with an email address and password to access the content. Well 2 weeks ago I find out that the login credentials no longer work. So I tried contacting their customer service to get it fixed. Well they have never gotten back to me after 6 attempts over two weeks. So I’m left high and dry with 4 months of my subscription left to go. I gave them 2 stars because my NYT and Wall Street Journal subscriptions are still working…for now!
