The move went swimmingly thanks to your lovely team. The strong WS duo made light work of heavy items and were friendly and warm along the way. They even helped assemble my bed and took great care when moving my sculptural creation too. Booking was easy and they arrived early, which worked out well. Really couldn't have asked for a more personable and efficient moving experience.

Tom, Helen and the team were brilliant moving us across the country from Bedfordshire to Southwest Wales. They were recommended to me by a friend who also rates them highly. Our requirements changed a number of times in the lead up to the move and they were unphased by any complications we threw at them. On the day they had us packed and unpacked quickly, friendly, and made sure everything was in place before they left us to it.

We had the stressful dilemma of having to move just before Christmas. From our initial contact with WS removals, we felt at ease and confident that our move would go smoothly. Despite moving the Monday before Christmas, the team arrived on time and took great care in looking after our possessions. On arrival at our new home, everything was unpacked and placed in the correct rooms. The team were very friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive experience during a very stressful time.

My Sister recommended WS Removals when my elderly parents were downsizing to a bungalow. This was a particularly stressful time for Mum and Dad. At 70 years of age I did not expect that I was going to move again but circumstances meant I needed to move from one side of the Safari Park in Eversholt, back to Woburn,

I was recommended WS by my Osteopath Kate Highsted and I am most grateful that she did so - not least as I did not even realise there was a Woburn Sands Removal Services.

From the moment i applied on line the response was brilliant - first Helen walked me through things and then visited to give me a quote and the rest is history.

They visited a couple of days before my move as they were also moving my neighbours so were able to determine what needed to be done and on the day they were with me by 8am.

The team of four were nothing short of brilliant and I cannot thank them enough for taking the stress out of it all.

I was worried that some of the furniture might not fit my new property and solid oak is not easy to move at the best of times- despite the odd looks they gave me implying "we are not sure this will go up there" - they did it all, manouevering a very tight stairwell in the new property and all was in place - true professionals all of them!

In short that evening somewhat exhausted both my Jack Russell and I had the best night's sleep in ages.

To say they were brilliant would be an understatement!

One of the most stressful things in life is moving house, when it's from a large house in the centre of France to the centre Of England that stress level goes up a notch!
We need not have worried.... Woburn Sands Removals were with us every step of the way, helping with all the paperwork, customs,imports, insurances. We were delighted with the removal service provided by Woburn Sands Removal Company. We had several failed completion dates which Helen calmly accommodated each time there was a change. Her manner was very reassuring compared to a stressful coneyancing process. We used the packing service and, having unpacked, I know my packing wouldn't have been anything like as thorough or careful.

On moving day, the team led by Bret were courteous, patient and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and, despite completion being later in the day than expected, they didn't complain and efficiently and cheerfully unloaded everything into the correct rooms.

WS Removals

Having met with 3 different removals companies , we felt fully Helen understood our requirements and needs as the move was for my elderly mother. WS were not the cheapest nor the most expensive.

On the day the WS team did a partial pack as agreed and treated all my mothers property and furniture with respect and care. More importantly the WS team were very respectful to my mother on what was always going to be a stressful day for her.

Off loading and moving everything into her new property was again fast and respectful.

Would we be happy to recommend WS Removals? Absolutely YES.

We used WS Removals for our move to Lincolnshire, and they were great from start to end. Helen responded quickly to our quote request and gave a fair quote and explained the whole process, including what to do with pictures, TV's and hanging clothes; which they put in to boxes with hanging rails !
Communication was excellent, boxes supplied as and when requested.
On packing day ( we packed up most of the stuff the day before completion due to the distance we were moving) the team that came worked so hard, and you could have a good laugh with them, they made the day less stressful as they just had it all under control, I reckon they are expert level on Tetris, as the way the packed to lorry was impressive.
Moving day they sent one van to collect the mattresses and other bits left, and off they went, the main lorry had already started its journey up north. The day was very hot, but again they worked so hard to unload, but with great care and always checking where things needed to go; no short cuts taken. Again making the experience less stressful.
I was so pleased with WS Removals that I also got them to do my Parents' move, and they didn't disappoint; even though it turn in to a long day as waiting for the keys went long in to the day. They were in good spirits and completed the unload in good time, again always checking on where items needed to go.
I think the fact I used them for a second time speaks volumes of how high I rate them.
Just a note - please do be kind and have tea and coffee for the team, as I heard that's not always the case !!!

Excellent service all round, moved from Milton Keynes to Stowmarket, the guys turned up nice and early, had a quick chat and explained everything, then had us packed up and on the way in no time. When we got the keys to the new house, they were ready to go, putting down protective wrap to prevent any damage to the carpets. Delivered everything to specified rooms. Despite having to dodge the odd downpour, when they had finished they left no trace they had been. Friendly and professional team. From initial contact, quotes and the actual move itself, I couldn’t fault anything, would recommend.

This is the second time we used WS Removals and it won't be the last.
