I have been coming to Walter and the team for the last 8 years, and despite relocating to the Middle East shortly, I’ll be booking my return trips to work around my hairdressing appointments as WS studios. Great experience at WS Studios

POOR MANAGEMENT / BOOKING SYSTEM. I had made a booking for a full head balayage in 20 March for 27 April - with plenty of notice - on Treatwell. I was really looking forward to it before my birthday. I confirmed the appointment with Walter by email but was later offered a second slot with Nico for 3 pm (as it was cheaper). A day before, I was later emailed to say the second booking had 'disappeared' from their system and was offered another appointment with Delian at 1pm. On the day itself I called and was told the second booking with Nico was cancelled by them as he had back to back clients and wouldn't be able to finish a balayage (3 hr treatment) in time as they close early on Sunday - why was I offered this slot? When I asked about the original appointment with Walter, I was told he was never going to come in since he needs to be called in (I booked this slot of 20 March). Had I shown up to my original appointment I probably would've been turned away. Contrary to the email, they also confirmed that Delian was not available at 1pm. They did not do anything to accommodate me and emailed me days after saying I'll need to contact Treatwell to look into this. The whole process was frustrating and I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability & professionalism - this is meant to be an award-winning salon? I had seen a review about a similar situation and thought I'd check before but to all those booking, please call ahead and confirm your appointment. The 'WS Management Team' fronting emails have no clue about what is going on.

This was a treat for me and I went it to get a balayage done and I can’t recommend this salon enough everyone is out standing and experienced I felt very welcomed and I feel amazing with my new hair colour highly recommend!

They really understand my hair and are very friendly. Couldn't imagine going to another hairdressers.

Hands down the best hair salon in London. Walter is such a lovely person, and so knowledgeable. It's the only place I'm willing to get my hair done. I always leave this place looking like a new person 🫶🏼
