Great help, always friendly and willing to accommodate any requests as far as they can. Worked with them for many years, wouldn't keep going back if they weren't fab!

WST were excellent and I wouldn’t travel with anyone else! Our rep Carole Burrows is a star and looks after us so well. She puts up with a lot from us as we are a large party, but nothing is too much trouble. WST are reliable, helpful, friendly, well organised and generally brilliant!! One of our pupils left their phone on the coach transfer from the airport to the hotel and I sent an email back to Carole to see if there was anything she could do and she got it back for us on the return transfer! She really went the extra mile as she did a lot of the chasing up of this at home due to the time difference. The rep at the airport was lovely and helpful too and ensured everything was OK. The app while we were in New York was brilliant and the whole itinerary was planned brilliantly and executed perfectly! I can not recommend WST enough!
