Everything made my experience great. From the first phone call to post settlement everything has been easy, the communication has been consistent, there has always been someone available to answer my call from my case manager to the company director. Nothing was too much, the process was simple, they explained all the steps, they worked in line with my goals, provided education and ensured that they carried the workload. We (I really mean them) established a SMSF and purchased my first investment property with it, the team's property knowledge is incredible and my first little asset is doing really well, it's as strong as the team advised it would be and honestly a little bit more.
While I had some knowledge and had considered starting my own SMSF and purchasing a property through it I'm glad I didn't. When I look at the time I saved, the work done in the background and the outcome achieved I couldn't have done this on my own.
I can't recommend the team at WT Capital highly enough but I will try to!

1. Referral Stage:
My attention was instantly taken by a young lady I follow on Tik Tok Alana Mohi - anything mining jobs she's Boss!!
Anyway my train of thought was if Alana is endorsing WT Capital & to use my super at no charge to my own daily $$$.... I thought fruck it what have I got to loose!!.

2. Initial Consult:
Straight off the bat I was hooked...line & sinker.
My first chat was with Alyssa & what an absolute pleasure to talk to. Straight up.... this girl loves her job no scripted rubbish & recommend her boss to pay her more$$!!!

3. SMSF Creation:
Registration for my SMSF to me was easy as & just so you know I aint no regular computer geek off the street... I'm 25+ years in Construction. You will be assigned a minder, mine was Kristy Lee Griffith (remember her name iykyk).
Love Kristy Lee because she takes pressure away & yep trust me, soo many fkn emails to me felt like I was a prisoner wtf have I got myself into.... kefe.
Just trust the process & forward everything to Kristy Lee and watch her magic & then rinse & repeat. Also needs a payrise.

4. W.T Buyers Agents:
I found this part easy too, just be straight forward with your expectations and stipulate you don't wana pay any out of pocket $$$ other than what's in your super & the team will respond in kind. However be prepared to have Tassie or Darwin for your areas to purchase from. At first I thought wtf I'm like a brides maid not quite 1st place or even 2nd or 3rd place.... but for my 1st investment I convinced myself I'm doing the right thing & at the end of the day I was happy with my selection.

5. Property Selection/Inspections
Be thorough and don't be afraid to ask for more options to look at for your viewing pleasure. Took me 3 goes but we got there. Inspections & insurances are also easy just remember to forward everything onto your Kristy Lee k.

Overall:
Super stoked to jump in head first. As of today I have owned my first investment property for a week and I haven't spent a single cent.
The $$$ spent for using WT Capital & their services using my super $$ is all tax deductible winning.
