Truly makes me say “WHAT THE F!?”

I had a plan with them for a year, then they bumped me up to 50GB because their plans were changing and said I wouldn’t have to pay the difference yet lacked to educate me on what else I was agreeing to. They just simply slipped in this new plan and I quickly realized THE GB ARE FAKE.

I had a plan for 50GB per month and without a doubt I did not use all, yet I need to restart my plan every month even if I haven’t used all my data? And if I don’t pay for one month, I need to pay double the next month….for what? Not using any data the month before???

NO LOGIC. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY. Even if you call to complain or for help they charge you. If you want to cancel, they charge you!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Yes it’s a cool budget friendly phone company. But it comes with a price later on!

There is no contract so they don’t even fully educate you on the plan you agree to. It is all just a sneaky way of doing business and getting money from you.

Faltu site. Don’t waste your money and time.

Despite having dubious branding it has been my mobile telecommunications provider for a while now. It has competitive offerings especially on internet data with unlimited usage on select apps. Their customer support is also good!
However their cell coverage is not great when comparing with its competitors (mainly Vodafone) and it is especially noticeable outside urban areas.
