total fraud

I have waited my order almost a year.
My emails are answered, but every time they have a new excuse why my order is not shipped (the item was in stock).

During past years I have made orders from several companies in Europe and always they have been shipped in reasonable time and almost every time with a tracking number.
This company claims that they use DHL for shipping...but no tracking number.

There's lot of information missing in their website.
On the site payment options are:
bank transfer, Paypal, COD , Sofortüberweisung, MASTERCARD und VISA
but they have only bank transfer option when you order.
