Amazing products and service…
I have been using these guys for nearly 8 years now and they are amazing, the quality is great, the website is easy to navigate and if you do have any problems with an order (which happens very rarely) the customer service team is fantastic. Even 8 Years on the prices are still competitive. I can't praise them enough!

Abysmal service & print
Re: Order 144256
After such abysmal service, the order finally arrived only to find poor print quality/registration and marks all over. Attached picture - no response so will be chasing.
I requested WTTB makes arrangements to collect the complete order or sends pre-paid postage labels so all can be returned for a complete refund.

Overall disappointment
Not being able to upload more than one design per order means confusion down the line and different pricing on the identical product with multiple parcels. The help line is just too slow and can leave you hanging for 20 minutes, and, phoning is not much better with waiting up to 15 minutes for someone to speak to you. DPD is not the best courier service and they delivered on a Saturday when I could not be there, and outside of their said time window, so I have waited till Wednesday to get the collect notification and the post office did not register that there were two parcels, so a further trip required to collect the whole order. The colour on the mug is not what is on my screen and therefore proofing one item of the order is so far disappointing. Yet to see the rest of the order...

WTTB Let Down - Route1Print much better
I have to advise against using this company. Route1print is much better, in my opinion.
Very disappointed in WTTB and their customer service follow-up for a mistake.
I'm of the possible opinion that they do this on purpose to make you have to reprint and spend more money with them.
I printed a hardback book, and nowhere in the product description or design guidelines does it outline that the inner front cover doesn't print as the inner front cover, it prints as page 3 (a right-hand page not a left-hand one). It knocked my entire print job out of sync by one page.
They still printed the entire job out of sync, you would have expected their artwork team/print team to be aware of this possibility and to check for it ahead of printing the entire order incorrectly. If someone had taken one second to look at it, it would have been painfully obvious that something was wrong with the flow.
I used WTTB's template cover and inner design files too, and this issue to look out for isn't mentioned in those two items either.
The only mention of it is within the FAQ's and you have to dig through to find it.
Their approach to resolving this, is to wash their hands of it and say it's entirely my fault and will have to pay full cost for a reprint.
It's very, very disappointing to say the least as I first started using them 3/4 years ago. Maybe even longer.

If you work in the trade avoid like the plague. They will send leaflets with what they do in the job, It has happened to be on 3 occasions. 1st time I was told it was serious as it was a breach in iso certification, now they just dont care.
