Creative solution deliverd!

We worked with wtw.nl and Moncif in a very pleaseant way. The reconstructing of our house was demanding and required creative solutions. This was delivered in a very good way, so we are enjoying fresh air via our 2 Zehnder systems!

We recommend working with Moncif/WTW

We recently worked with Moncif (wtw.nl) for the consultation and installation of a new Zehnder system in our home as part of an extension on our house. His expertise was clear from the start, and he approached every part of the project with precision and care. He handled numerous details as part of the project to ensure the system runs efficiently. Although we had to wait along the way for the house contractor to finish the work before Moncif could start, he stayed responsive and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. We’re very pleased with the final result and happily recommend his services.

Moncif was very attentive to our needs…

Moncif was very attentive to our needs and the issue we were facing, with turning on a WTW we had purchased and tried installing ourselves. He made sure to follow up a few days after the installation just to check that everything was okay too. We definitely recommend them!

I had overall a good experience working…

I had overall a good experience working with Moncif and his team.

He is truly passionate about his work and the impression his company makes. I had a great personal support along the whole project and Im truly impressed by the end result. My quality of life got significantly improved by an effective and silent ventilation unit. Also I had no problem requesting for additional adjustments after the project was done. Moncif answered all my many questions with lightning speed and true love to his business.

Initial time estimation went down the drain and the work is very pricey but I don’t think you can hope for better in NL.

I don't recommend it, they are very unfulfilled, the materials take a long time to arrive and they are expensive, they have no organization

DUCO energy premium all-in-one service

We had a great experience with Monsif and his team.

With the Duco Energy Premium WTW-all-in-one package we were given all the information we needed. They inspected our house and came with an complete tailored solution for our house.

We now have a quiet and really affordable wtw installation.

Their service is terrible

Their service is terrible, they do not comply with the delivery time, their work is not organized, I was very dissatisfied and their prices are quite expensive, I do not recommend it

Great advice and instalation

we hired Moncif (wtw.nl) to advise and install a Zenhder Q in our place.
Very knowledgeable and carefull on the details. Took care of many details to guarantee the optimal flow and low noise.
We had few issues with timelines but Mocif was aways available and went beyond to guarantee all is perfect and in place.
Definitely recommend and thank you for the great service.

Hired the firm for WTW installation

I hired Moncef to install a Zehnder Q ComfoAir ventilation system.
He took the necessary time to visit and prepare the project (3 times before the D-day!!)
He is very knowledgeable and has a good team.
I really did enjoy the project and now see the benefits of having such a ventilation system in place.
I definitely recommend the firm!

Very nice experience

We have used this company multiple times. Moncif is a very helpluf and professional guy. We had a problems with our old WTW unit and the installing company wouldn't help. Moncif came to our rescue and took things completely in his hands. He got that fixed but later old unit again broke.
We decided to get new unit and again we reached out to Moncif as we could trust and rely on him. He and his team installed new WTW unit Zehnder Comfoair Q series in a very short time and we are very happy with it.

We are very grateful to find this company who is always available for after service as well.

Thanks Moncif from WTW.nl

Moncif helped me with multiple things: with new unit installation, with the piping at my new house, specifically to connect an extra room (which was delivered without ventilation by the constructor) and do some changes to the pipes in the technical room. Also he advised me on the WTW unit type, installed Zehnder, helped to setup remote/internet control for it. Then he calibrated the overall ventilation in the house to make it balanced and suitable for our needs. He has great attitude, always takes an extra mile to help and gives extra advice for things you really want to know, highly appreciate it!

Installation complete ERV system

We have installed a new ERV system with an air to air heat pump on top. I can just say that from first day we had excellent response, very professional installation + quality of advice! If you want to have a professional ERV installation with excellent service, I highly recommend WTW.nl
