He is incredibly knowledgeable about pension and savings, and he provided fantastic advice that was thoroughly explained and illustrated with practical examples. I deeply appreciate his supportive approach and the clarity he brought to understanding my pension plan.

Business set-up for a small business. We were customers for many years and at one point got access to an independant service to evaluate the set-up. We were paying way too much and the offers from WTW were off the charts - they did very little to optimize for us. We cancelled our engagement but they still claim their yearly fee for the following year even though they have done no work/offers for us. We offered to settle and pay for a quarter but they want the full year fee. They might be legally right but from a customer service/reputations view they lose big-time...
With a 1-star rating on Trustpilot they asked me to connect with them again which I did - still no response after 2 weeks...
I do not recommend WTW in any way...

It is regretful that you have chosen another broker for your business set-up. We are sorry to hear that we have not been a right fit for for you. Our terms and conditions clearly state the conditions of cancellation and notice period, as per our agreement, and the conditions of this case does not change that.

I had a meeting with them and it was a very positive experience. Their advisor was impartial and gave advice that felt objective and tailored to my needs. He was attentive, helpful, never pushy, and clearly answered questions I had had for a long time. Overall, it was a very useful meeting, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to speak with him.

Due to transfer of pensions, I got to connect with
Jonas Nielsen who was very competent, professional and understanding. We spoke purely in English and he was able to guide me through the whole process while explaining everything and helping me find the right settings for my situation.

I had a counseling session which helped a lot to understand my insurance, risk profile and how it works as an international and the 53A option. The advisor was super helpful and gave me clear and objective advices on my investments.

WTW is more like WT-F, complete mess in their customer service and not able to honour their words. Screwed up my transfer of pension from one to another provider. Absolutely mismanaged and getting rid of responsibility after screwing things up.
