Their website is very touchy as you scroll it select random options adds writing board and quantity from 1 to 2. Now I realise it was them creating a fake order taking away by £65 plus £30.
Paypal should have helped immediately.
Order confirmation email shock Money taken from your Paypal account.
Then you realise it’s a Chinese company have a email box in US
Delivery 14 days!
At the phone, they won’t reply.
That leads to multiple orders and options you don’t realise until you pay and then within five minutes
Then immediately you contact US s Electricupport services tell you order Has already Been dispatched?
Then they send you acknowledgement of the order saying the delivery will be 7 to 14 business days? Because the product is manufactured and shipped from China, here an email from them.

BELOW REPLY WITHIN SEVEN MINUTES TO CANCEL THE ORDER THAT DOESN’T INDICATE ANY PROBLEMS BUT UNTIL YOU PAYPAL THE ORDER IS DOUBLED QUANTITY AND TWO ORDERS PHYSICALLY ROGUE COMPANY.
PAYPAL CAN’T HELP YOU EITHER!!

I emailed ORDERS SHOULD BE CANCELLED AS SOON AS THE ORDER WAS PLACED REQUEST TO CANCEL FIRST MADE 10 MINUTES AFTER ORDERED.
. They Have Your Bank details.
IT SHOWS YOUR BEHAVIOUR AS A ROGUE BECAUSE TRACK NUMBER HAS NOT EVEN BEEN ISSUED AFTER 36 HOURS now even after 5 days.
Reply from THIS ROGUE company:
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
The order cannot be cancelled the Track number will be aside to you within 24 hours
( now 5 days had to tracking number )

The majority of products within our field are produced in China under the supervision of International companies like us. This is the reason why we can provide our customers with quality products at affordable prices. Many companies use fulfillment centers in the US, which significantly increases the price of their products; we choose not to do so.
I do understand your concerns, yet I assure you that our products are top quality.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Since 15-20 minutes after the order I have been asking them by emailto cancel it I get automated reply that this is too late.
Yet no tracking number after even after 5 days. I have emailed them that I will not be accepting the delivery.
Basically it is a ROGUE company .
It will be interesting and helpful if people notify in this review how they got their money back. I just don’t believe them that you have 30 days to return, obviously hell of postage charges that might put people off.
