I strongly urge others to **stay away from Wulf Casino. Please play elsewhere.**
Wulf Casino accepted my registration and deposits despite the fact that I had an active, signed Ohio casino exclusion in place. As someone with a **diagnosed gambling disorder**, I was shocked that I was able to access the platform and deposit money in the first place.
My gambling was not recreational or for entertainment. My disorder contributed to extremely erratic and compulsive play, including back-to-back deposits until every available dollar was exhausted. I continued depositing even when I couldn't afford to, failed to cash out when I was ahead, and continued playing until I had nothing left.
The money I lost was money I needed for **food, my son's school lunches, and utility bills.**
I contacted Wulf Casino and explained my circumstances, including my diagnosed gambling disorder and the Ohio exclusion. I requested a refund, but they denied my request.
What is especially frustrating is that Wulf's own terms and conditions state that customers can elect arbitration to resolve disputes and that Wulf is responsible for the associated costs under certain conditions. However, despite my attempts to pursue the matter, Wulf has refused to honor what I believe are its own contractual obligations.
My experience has left me with the impression that Wulf is willing to enforce terms and conditions when doing so protects its profits, but unwilling to honor those same terms when they may require the casino to take responsibility.
**Players with gambling disorders are not simply everyday entertainment customers.** They require meaningful safeguards, particularly when a casino has reason to be aware of their circumstances.
In my case, I believe Wulf failed to provide the protections I desperately needed, accepted deposits despite my Ohio exclusion, and then refused to provide a meaningful resolution.
I hope others read this review before depositing their money.
