Freshness that you don't have to invent
I've been trying for a long time to buy fish not at the nearest supermarket, but where the product is really taken more seriously. It happened almost by accident with these guys: a friend ordered a set from them and treated me to a cod steak. After that, I decided to place my order to see if it was luck or if it was always like this. As a result, a box arrived, packed neatly, without odors and wet footprints, which is already pleasant. The ice inside was tight, nothing floated, and the fish itself looked as if it had just been prepared. Most of the time I take salmon and hake from them. The fillet is smooth, without strange bald spots, there are almost no bones, and most importantly, the smell is fresh, not the "fishy" one that happens when the product is already on the verge. When I was frying the salmon, I was surprised that it didn't fall apart in the pan and give off excess water - this is usually a problem for store-bought packages. The taste is dense, without bitterness. Even my husband, who is usually indifferent to fish, said that it was finally cooked properly, and not dissolved.

And of course the fish was superb. I have yet to taste the salmon burgers....the last time I had ordered them they were dry and tasteless. Hoping the ones that just arrived are excellnt.

Swordfish Chops. 👍👍👍
The swordfish chops were outstanding. Best I've ever eaten. Made them picatta style. Delicious. And the Cod cheeks were amazing too.

We received the order promptly, it was packaged well with the fish remaining frozen, and most importantly the fish tastes amazing. We especially enjoyed the Arctic Char, which we had not had before.
