Deadlines were not met (days of delay)

Deadlines were not met (days of delay), there was no communication from the company, and my email went unanswered. A partial refund would seem appropriate.

very bad customer service and very late arrival of my order

I ordered my labels and chose an express delivery which was planned for July 8.
On July 8, production hasn't started yet.
Although I tried to call several times, there was no answer for the french customer service, and the 1-800 doesn't work.
i also sent several emails and received no answer!
Finally I received my labels very late.
I'm very unhappy with the customer service and the very long delay!

Great quality, long turnaround

A half year ago, this company was able to fulfill their orders in a timely manner. Not sure what has happened since then. The quality is great but the customer service is poor. They will leave you running in circles asking about an update on your order. I would start looking for alternatives.

The website was pretty easy to use and…

The website was pretty easy to use and the labels are really good quality, exactly what I was hoping for. Only issue I had was delivery, estimated for the 7th when I placed the order, but wasn't actually dispatched until a week later and it was never updated.

Wunderlabel has become EXTREMELY…

Wunderlabel has become EXTREMELY unreliable...ZERO customer service and NO information on orders. I would email requests for information on very late orders...and get the same useless Non-information continuously. The 800 number to customer service is Worthless...it simply cuts you off...and I tried to call daily for weeks! I will NOT be using them again!

I ordered labels on June 19 and it is…

I ordered labels on June 19 and it is now July 10. I was supposed to be getting them today. I can’t get through to Customer Service to even talk to a person about it. Where is my order? Definitely beware of this company. It’s so disappointing because I’ve ordered from them in the past many times. I don’t know what happened to this company but the one star reviews I’ve seen are true. I’m about ready to ask for a refund.

Over 2 months since my order and no delivery

I ordered my 2nd shipment over 2 months ago, paid at time of ordering and no stock has been delivered. Their website doesn't work and there was no response to my email enquiry. Have they gone out of business?

DREADFUL COMPANY. I ordered some labels in April and they didn't arrive and since May I've been trying to get a refund. They claim they sent it, but I have not received a refund. They now have stopped communicating with me. Please avoid this company if you don't want to waste your precious time and money.

Business is trash wunder label has poor…

Business is trash wunder label has poor customer service. And it takes them 2 months to get a order out I don’t recommend ever using this site for your business needs, mess around and lose ya business waiting on your items from these people.. under wunderlabel doesn’t respond to emails nor have a active phone line to call..

Very long time to receive

Tags looked good. They looked slightly different than my previous order but there was quite a time gap between both orders. My only issue was how long they took to receive. They arrived almost a month after my anticipated delivery date. I understand thay is not a guaranteed delivery date; however, nobody responded to me when I asked for an idea when they would be shipped. And this email was sent in an ongoing email conversation and after the expected delivery date had passed. They also create a shipping label and then they sat in the warehouse for almost 2 weeks before actually being shipped. Overall it took about 2 months to receive my order, and about a month later than anticipated which really slowed me down in my making as I ran out of my old tags approximately 2 weeks after the anticipated delivery date and still had to wait almost 2 weeks. Better communication in the very least would have been much appreciated.

I waited almost 2 months for my order...what happened?

I am a disabled woman who started a home business after being critically injured in a 3 car collision. I've used Wunderlabel since 2017 and have been pleased with their service and the quality of the labels. What Happened? It took almost 2 months to get my order and I received no response to my emails asking what happened as I paid for quick delivery.

I was disappointed with the order time…

I was disappointed with the order time for my expedited order. I made my order in the last week of April and paid extra for a quick delivery and the labels were received in the first week in June.
