No goods, no moneyice

Very bad service. Ordered 01/28/2024, no goods, no money. At first they asked me to wait 20 days, then they stopped answering altogether. Until PayPal intervened, the order was 59.99€, they offered me a refund of 15€ and close the dispute. PayPal resolved the dispute in my favor and I must return the full amount. Avoid this store if you don't want to waste your time and nerves. Because of them, the person was left without a gift for his birthday. I have never encountered such sellers before. KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THIS STORE. I was left with the most negative impression of them.

Use your bargepole to keep them at a distance

My first order from them took 6 weeks but the suction grips for the shower worked well. As I wanted and extra one I ordered from Amazon but that was rubbish so I returned it and thought I would order once again from wunderwild. These grips were as rubbish as those from Amazon (they did not stick to the tiles) so i requested a return and a refund and what did they want a picture of the goods. So I would not recommend this company which from my first order appeared to be a marketing company in the Netherlands but who knows. The goods definitely come from China
