Verification problems

Been having a pending withdrawal from this terrible site since Nov 4th, I've been fully verified according to their website since that very date. However, they keep on insisting that I have to provide the documents over and over in a reply to the exact email they send to me. But when you try to do it, you automatically reply to a sort of fictional email address, like "tons of numbers AT wunderwins. com"

So they never get my replies, and they can just keep on saying the same bs every 48hrs. Its now been over two weeks, and I still have the same problems. Has anyone here had the same experience with this moronic casino?

I won 850 Euros

I won 850 Euros. Wanted to withdraw it. They processed the withdrawal for a crypto LTC transfer. I have waited over 4 days now and nothing has happened. Support is not getting back to me, they've said they will check on it every single day but have not done anything. They are openly scamming their customers. They even turned of my ability to write to them through live support feature.

Do not, I repeat, do not ever play on this disgusting website. It's just a facade of a big scam.

Stay away, scammers

I've had bad experience with online casinos before, buy this scammers pos were over the top, no wining no withdrawal and above all no 1st,2nd 3rd deposit bonus, I spent around 650euro and got nothing. When I connected the live chat the agent Harika, accused me failing or forgetting to claim the bonus tho I made sure I marked it and try after that 3 more deposit and non of it worked.

scam, no deposit bonus like said

Made a first deposit and they gave me my 100% bonus but NOT the free spins, then made a second deposit and they did not gave me my 200% deposit $ AND the free spins, then made a third deposit and STILL did not received any bonus. I made sure that I clicked on the pop ups, and the bonus was active in the cashier and I've been told by the services that there is nothing they can do and its MY RESPONSIBILITY ? worst experience EVER, don't go there ever
