I bought a coupon and I couldn't cancel it.
I wanted to buy a PDF giftcard but I mistakenly picked one that will be delivered by post. There was no way to cancel my order. I sent an email to the email on the website, my email bounced and instructed me that that email doesn't work anymore. I sent another email to another address, I got back a respnse to fill a form on their website, I filled the form and never heard back from them. I have resulted to use the gift card myself but I am never buying a gift card from Wunschgutschein again, ever!

Website from an earlier century
I cannot understand why such a widely spread voucher vendor has such a poor website. I get permanently asked to confirm that I'm not a bot and then they need to do an approval process first before I can use my balance. Very cumbersome and out of date.
