Hello, in 2024 we made an agreement with this business for 200 leads. Within a year, we only received 100 leads. They then requested a renewal of our account, which we absolutely refused because we paid for 200 leads and only received 100. In 2025, they wanted to renew again without any compensation. After discussing the situation, they reluctantly agreed to give us our 100 leads, but they deactivated the account, meaning no leads arrived again. This year they are trying to withdraw money again, and I want to deactivate the account, but they absolutely refuse. They are complete scammers; they cannot fulfill any of their promises.

Wupdoc.com was able to provide me with a range of surgery providers. Having selected one through them, they were extremely prompt and helpful when I encountered issues. They helped to quickly resolve the issues I had. I highly recommend their services.

Wupdoc is the best. I am so happy that I used it for booking my appointment. The patient support are so friendly and make everything easy for me. I do really recommend,,😀

Wupdoc, published my doctor name on their page without my knowledge, and entered their own contact information instead of mine in to redirect my patients to themselves.

They deleted the page after my warnings.

I would still like to keep this comment because I do not find this behavior acceptable.

If you are going to add doctors without their knowledge, you should at least edit their contact information.

This platfororm is my favorite these days. I used it twice to find near clinics and their support team is the best. The helped me always during the whole process until I got my treatments. But I wish if they have an app to make it more easier for us as well.

Really I had great experience with Wupdoc. The clinics reply right away, which is a huge relief when you need quick help. The website is super easy to use as well.

Based on the comments and ratings, only a few of the doctors I contacted for inquiries responded. Those who did respond were really quick and very informative, but don't expect the same performance from all the doctors on Wupdoc.
