Service Wupti + Whiteaway
We wanted to order a Samsung dishwasher, but Wupti recommended a Blomberg. After ordering this model and after the visit of the technician (after 1 week) it turned out not to fit and the dishwasher had to be exchanged. After some phonecalls th the new model was delivered, more than 1 week later. Mechanic was not aware that it had to be mounted (we paid for this with the last installation visit last week), he just didn´t have the knowledge to build this in.
The following days I called 4 times to Wupti, each time they promised to call back, which never happened. By every new call from me to Wupti, I got the same promise. Nothing happened.
Yesterday afternoon I called again, last morning I received a call from a technician and finally got a new date. Again 1 week waiting time!!!!!
We have had the machine in the kitchen now for 3 weeks, but it still doesn't work.
First and last time buying at Wupti. Total disaster. Service = worser than worse!!!!
