Items sent same day?
Item shipped, not on same day as advertised, but nearly two months late! Attempts to communicate with seller resulted in nothing. Only on reporting to Paypal did I get any response, and it was from Paypal, not the seller. All it said was the item was being sent. I was beginning to think I was ripped off and then the item arrived, nice but two months late.

Terrible customer service
I purchased an item that when was delivered, I noticed it was damaged. Also Thwe decals on the item were also incorrect as what was shown on the web site. I returned the item as instructed and was notified when it was received. I was informed that another item would be sent out followed by an email stating a tracking number would be provided. It has been over two week since that email and no tracking number has been sent. I have also received no replies correspondence . I am very upset with the customer service and will not recommend this site to anyone. More to add. Links on the site do not work nor do they work from the Facebook page.

I was very pleased with the customer service and fast shipping! This M1 infantry helmet is as close to an original as you can get without destroying history in any way for reenacting! The corking texture is 100% accurate, I would recommend these helmets to anyone!

Terribly disappointed.
I had to stop payment on my order because there was no correspondence regarding my order. My order was going on 3 weeks late. I stopped my credit card from transferring funds and then my order was shipped immediately. The helmet was rather pricey for a replica but I was anxious to see how well they duplicated the original. Well, I was so disappointed a second time. The helmet arrived scratched from the vendor. I know this because the plastic bag it came in was also damaged in the same place AND the helmet insignia were wrong and were not applied as the original. I’m still waiting to hear from them on what to do. Again, no correspondence.
