0815 sold me a Dyson online, processed my payment and after more than a month later tell me they cannot deliver as the price changed. I received a refund afterwards. Two issues here, don't sell what you cannot deliver, and a month for messing around with a 725,03 € product deal is really bad.

This is the 2nd time I dealt with 0851 and both were bad experiences. The other was an automatic coffee machine.

The worst online shop. No reaction, no goods received, it may be a fraud. Attention!

Even one star is too much. I ordered a waschtrockner Maschine through check24 a month ago and yet I did not receive my order while the money is already debited from my account. Now It is more than 24 hours that I asked for cancellation of the order and reimbursement of my money so that I can finish this horrible waiting period. Surprisingly, they don’t do it. I am still waiting. People don’t buy an expensive Maschine for fun, it is for necessary stuff.

Bought there many times and never had a problem. Also a rather difficult order was completed to my satisfaction.

The shop refuses to handle my device failure (which has been reported online a lot) as case for "Gewährleistung" according to European law.
Likely have to move to court now, great.

I strongly advise against buying there.

The experience could not have been better.

I bought an expensive gamer monitor (above 1000 euros). The monitor was shipped from Austria to Germany and arrived in a few days!

I received a new monitor, along with proof of purchase, as described in the ad. The product arrived perfectly packaged, and it works perfectly.

I highly recommend 0815.

Purchased at 0815 many times, never had any problems, the prices are great, the staff at shops is very nice and friendly, and the customer support was always helpful and efficient (much better compared to other companies). I wish they had more locations though!
