I have ordered a kids electric car and the delivery time was 1- 3 days. I RECEIVED NOTHING. I contacted them on webchat because they have no phone number to call them and the only answer was that they will send my package in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Will never use this website again.

No trust at all and not satisfy
I ordered an item, but you didn't have it, I don't understand how can you promote something that you haven't!!!! At least you can ask your customer if he/she can or will wait before a transaction happens but you take the money after ado customer be patient! You have to inform your customers at the very first time that you can't deliver an item before taking the money.
I give you one star because at least you refund my money after I send an email to you. That the last time I order something from China this is not the first time that I got the same problem you are all the same with the different company name.
