Power Supply HP Laptop
I bought a power supply for new HP laptop - wanted something more portable than the huge HP power supply. It looked good, but the first time I used it in UK it died. I was asked to send it back to 100000 volts and pretty much immediately received a replacement unit which has worked OK so far. There was no quibbling. Each time I was given perfect information regarding the product having been shipped. Great service - just bad luck the first unit was defective.
