I purchased the system and contacted Jim and he used to reply my emails till I asked for refund before the 30 days period.
He accepted, then I didn't receive any reply for my emails.
I contacted my lawyer (my brother) and he will start a case if I don't get refund by Monday.
I will keep you posted.

Update: I keep trying to contact them before taking any legal process but I get reply every 5 or 6 emails although they used to reply me very quickly before I ask for the refund.

Update, they refunded me , but they don't respond quickly.
The system is working well , it makes profits if you follow the instructions and risk management, but it's not for me because i don't like manual setup for each trade.

1000pip climber I hate to say works flawless. Plus the customer service is A+. I had a hard time setting it up possibly because I was using an older Mac Air so I set it up on Windows and by god there system defiantly works as Advertised. You must be patient though the signals don’t always get triggered by the expiration but the ones that do in my case 90% hit the take profit 2.

I’ve tried plenty of Forex systems before, but this one stands out. It’s not overly complicated, and the trade signals are accurate. I’ve had a few solid wins, and the email notifications make it convenient. Highly recommend giving it a go!

Overall the 1000pip Climber has been a big help for my trading. I found the sofrware to be provide analysis and generally identified high-probability trading opportunities. Overall the last 2 month I have significantly boosted my profits but it is frustrating that the system only works on 3 time frames. I prefer the daily time frames and the longest thay this system provides is 4 hourly. But the support team, especially Jim, has been exceprional, providing prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. Highly recommend this system for anyone serious about Forex trading!

I started using this robot software two weeks ago on all 6 pairs and all 3 time frames. So far the results are quite satisfying and I made a small decent profit. I know it's still early and I shall continue to monitor the performance for the coming next few months.

The interface is easy to use and understand. Other than that I find that the best feature is to have strong support behind the system, questions are answered timely and with clarity. Recommend this to anyone who wants to start forex trading and also anyone who are looking at building more trade signals.

I've been trading a little over 6 months now and was struggling a bit on my own. I purchased the software about a month ago, and I have seen nothing but winning trades. Yes, it is some drawdown but eventually you will see the trades go into your favor like they predict. I honestly believe this software is going to give me the Finacial freedom I've been searching for. Honestly a 10/10 program and the customer service are Top Notch, quick responses and they answer your question directly.

The 1000 Pip Climber indicator and EA are as advertised. My interest is passing funded challenges and maintaining funded accounts for long periods of time. To date (2 weeks) I am on my way to passing the challenge to my first funded account. I run everything as recommended with a 1% risk and for the first time experimenting with EA's, I am confident, with a close eye I have no doubt that I will pass a challenge for the first time. I highly recommend this system to anyone who has a great deal of patience and discipline.

This robot has been a great addition to my FX tools. It was quick to install and only has a handful of settings so it was very easy to get the system running. The signals have been accurate most of the time. I do not follow all the signals but only the ones on the FX pairs I am familiar with (mainly Yen pairs). Overall, I am impressed and plan on using the system long term.

It is a rule based system where you set pending orders for. Cannot be any easier. Literally tells you what to do and when. It has been a great indicator. It has also been a great experience working with Jim whenever I had an issue. You get a real personal feeling when communicating with the author of the system and not through a random help desk. Jim has answered all of my emails quickly and professionally. His instructions are extremely easy to follow. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
