Unfortunately, awful experience: for one week no info at all about the shipment and NO WAY to successfully contact clients service. After, finally the product has been sent (notification by email with tracking code) and has arrived. I hope they improve and solve the problem of the impossibility to contact of their clients service.

This company is a SCAM!
Avoid it!

they look like a normal shop, but they use several "dark patterns" to secure your cash before they even have the product:
• The "Phantom Stock" Trick: They list thousands of items as "In Stock" (usually with a 1-2 week delivery estimate) that they do not actually possess. They are essentially a high-delay drop-shipper. By the time you realize the item isn't coming, they've had your money for weeks.
• The "Rolling Deadline" Loophole: When a delivery date passes, they automatically send a template email pushing it back by another month. They do this repeatedly to keep you in their system past the window where many banks allow easy chargebacks.
• The Predatory 25% Cancellation Fee: This is their most "scam-like" tactic. They claim in their terms that if you cancel a pre-order, they keep 25%. However, under EU law, this is often considered an "unfair contract term" if they haven't shipped the item or if they've missed the promised delivery date.
• The Geographical "Mask": By using dozens of local domains (.nl, .it, .co.uk, .be), they trick customers into thinking they are buying from a local shop with local return laws, when everything is actually funneled through their French entity.

It was supposed to arrive on January 16th. Not only it hasn't but nobody answers phone calls, you only get automated replies, and off course 2 weeks later I still don't even know when I'll get my order. Nobody gives any feedback on my order, I can't even cancel to get a refund! Terrible.

The purchase process is flawless. The payment process, however, created issue with PayPal. In essence, I was forced to go for a "PayPal payment in 3 installments", which seemed the only way to pay with PayPal. It's the first time it happened to me. Not a big issue, but you might like to address it

they have a big choice of kit moto and car, good prices, the web site works well and in few days I receve the box at home even it was the last day of the year.

Never received my order, got asked to leave a review after I requested to re-ship the goods.

Gonna update this review if they reach out for fixing this issue.

I ordered the wrong product and there is no way that i can get in touch with somebody to cancel the order and the payment. It's a shame, we all work hard to make some money and it's painfull to loose it this way.
Plus, i realized in few minutes my mistake but there is no way to get in touch and stop the sequence.

I'm trying to contact them about one month for a shipping problem but i've received no answer.

easy to order, worried about the feedbacks from other users but everything was smooth.

Easy to use, intuitive site for searching and choosing the desired material. Transparency in the details of payment and shipping of the order. Easy control of the online tracking process.

I ordered some 1:72 scale models on May 3rd, but after 5 days I have not received any communication. It would have been correct to at least send the shipping status, if in preparation and if shipped.
