Amazing Customer Service. 121 Re-applied Liquid Metal to Processor of failed Alienware M18. Now the laptop is running better than before it broke. Would certainly use again, VERY trustworthy!
Such a friendly helpful company. I needed some specific screws for replacing laptop hinges. They were extremely helpful and didn't charge, even when I offered to pay something for their help. Thanks.
This is a very very professional and efficient family company based in Diss. They are so helpful and never want to let a customer down no matter how tedious the problem may be and as for trust well what can I say..the youngest member Eddie was so "on it" that it was a real pleasure to have him in my home and tramnsfer data and set up my new computer at home. Value for money is a real given too....this is not a company who deals in greed but in customer service. Thank you for all the support given to me and for which I am grateful. Highly recommend. I will never hesitate to use this family company when I have an IT/computer problems as trust in their support always.
