Bitterly disappointed
My initial experience was good & a refund was offered when the original delivery date could not be achieved. I continued with the order & their communication remained good.
However, they refused to accept any responsibility for their misleading description of alloy framework, when corrosion occurred on my Port Royal Rattan patio furniture, which was actually made of steel.
Due to its seasonal use it was discovered 13 months after purchase & they simply blamed Port Royal, who denied all responsibility. Bitterly disappointed at being left with a rusting garden set.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. As a small family business we try and resolve any complications that customers may have however the warranty for these products is offered by the importers Wholesale Garden Furniture who advise the product is a Steel alloy and as they advised because steel is an alloy made from iron, carbon and other elements and due to steel's ferrous parentage, rust can occur. Hence the zinc powder coating being applied to help prevent this.
Irrelevant of this situation we still went back to them and challenged a more customer focused response, however they then made it clear that no warranty cover would be given allied with the fact that it was past the 12 month warranty period.
Sadly they stressed there was nothing they would do. Apologies again for this situation.

Purchased desk on Friday afternoon was delivered Monday morning by TNT. Desk was easy to put together and I did it on my own and I am 70 years old. Good quality desk. Thank you. Would definitely use this company again.

Superb customer service
I was trying to order a bunkbed through their website and got confused. I ended up with 2 in the basket and couldn't work out how to remove one. I ended up going somewhere else. But the next morning I received an email from 121 asking for feedback to which I responded and was thanked in return. This is excellent customer engagement and I will be buying from them in the future.
