Absolute joke of a company. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 31st July, no where did it say when booking that delivery on the day couldn’t be guaranteed. I wouldn’t have placed on order for flowers to be delivered for my Mother’s birthday if it wasn’t guaranteed. Three days later no flowers, I call them to see what is going on and they tell me Royal Mail attempted deliver on 1st August, which is lies! My mum was in all day. Now I’m being told they have to be either collected or delivery re-arranged. Customer service representative made no attempt to compensate. God knows what stated the flowers will be in. Absolute disgrace!

They said Scotland & Northern Ireland are remote areas!
Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my sister in Northern Ireland on 2nd Aug. Got an email from Royal Mail saying they would deliver on 3rd Aug. Contacted 123 Flowers explaining that the persons birthday was on 2nd and that was the date I specified in my order. They assured me the flowers would be delivered on 2nd, but they were not. They were delivered the following day. I contacted 123 Flowers again, they apologised and said that they can’t always guarantee delivery on time to “remote areas such as Scotland and Northern Ireland”! I pointed out that neither Scotland or Northern Ireland were “remote” areas, in fact the recipient of my order lives in Bangor, Co Down, which is a city! Hardly remote! They offered me a derisory £2.95 credit by way of an apology! I won’t be using them again. Not recommended

We classify your delivery location as a harder-to-reach area, as all of our orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Nottingham. For these locations, we clearly advise on each product page that deliveries may take up to three additional days beyond the selected delivery date. This information is also included in our Terms and Conditions, which are accepted when an order is placed.
We appreciate that your order arrived one day after the selected delivery date, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, as the delivery was made within the agreed delivery timeframe for your location, we are unable to offer compensation for the delay.
We did not guarantee delivery on the selected date. We advised that Royal Mail does deliver on Sundays and that your order would be delivered within the published delivery terms applicable to your chosen delivery address.
Regarding the goodwill gesture that was offered, we appreciate it did not meet your expectations. As no delivery charge was paid for your order, the £2.95 offered reflected the value of our standard delivery service.
I can see that your order has now been delivered, and we hope the recipient enjoys the flowers.

Falsely advertised, sub standard product. Paid £30 for a large bouquet, what came was absolutely appalling, dead flowers, flower heads lying not attached in the box, absolutely shocking! When I contacted customer service asking for a refund, the person dealing with me, James, was being intentionally difficult and refused to refund me. I can’t stress this enough, AVOID.
