Quick delivery, as described and good fit - thank you

Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering, I accidentally added 2 brackets to my basket when purchasing. Tried to contact them before they shipped but they didn't answer the phone, once the brackets arrived they were not as described and did not fit our specific TV. I tried to return the unopened bracket but they haven't responded to any email, aren't answering phone calls and the returns form is ignored. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Wanted to return bracket as not suitable. Have emailed 3 times and no response. Do not believe the returns policy on this website. There are no returns and you cannot get your money back. They are breaching rules and consumer law. Advertising returns but do not accept returns in reality. They need to amend sales website as it is inaccurate. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a set of wall brackets, immediately tried to cancel it online, couldn't. Opened the package to find the return label, no return label. Went online to my account to process a return....8 days later still waiting for a response. I had used them once before this and it was fine - but not again. My advice is if you are ok keeping it even if you don't want it then ok.

Bracket arrived on time but over engineered. They claim to have a 30 day money back promise, after 24 calls to customer service line where no-one answers and 8 emails to various depts, I'm still waiting for any response. Awful - avoid.

I wish I’d read these before being so unhappy. All the promises about brackets which will fit and refund promises within 30 days are false. The telephone was never answered and the number since taken off web site. Emails requested by their telephone recorded message are never responded nor are online customer service forms. Awful, absolutely awful. The one 5 star review here is distinctly odd.

The description of the mechanism was incorrect and a key part did not fit. Absolutely no customer service. The person who gave 5 stars must be lying. Have messaged (using their form,) and rung, only to get ansafone. Don't think they exist.

When I realised my bracket wasn't right I read the comments here and so I was very nervous about attempting to get a refund. However my experience has been so positive! I've had consistent communication from the sales team. They investigated an alternative for me but once we realised it wouldn't work, I was able to return the product (postage refunded too) and received a quick refund. Maybe they have new processes in place or new CS/sales staff but either way, I've had a very positive experience

I ordered a bracket which was unsuitable and relied on their returns policy. Three months after returning the bracket I am still waiting for a refund.

Do not buy from this company . No customer service. Wanted to send bracket back as wrong type . They have ignored me . Absolutely disgusted that they have basically robbed me of my money 😡😡😡

Ordered bracket which took a week to arrive..does not fit my TV even though clearly stated will fit all Samsung 22 inch models. no one answers the phone or emails...do not use this company

Bunch of Shysters, take your money then ignore you completely, luckily I used PayPal and have had to wait for the dispute date to end, got a full refund from them, 123 brackets are a joke, BEWARE

Be careful can't get item returned and not answering phone might not be open ????????????????

Next day shipping apparently means that four days later the parcel will be dumped on your front door step to be stolen, and they will refuse to refund you. Not what it says on the tin. I had to go through paypal for a refund which I thankfully did get.

Absolutley SHOCKING!!! this company does not exist, AVOID at all costs, no-one to speak to, no one replies to emails, and no product arrives, this company is a SCAM. No refund and no product, No communication. I have had a delivery text for 8 days with no delivery the service they supposedly use is DX they are the same no one to talk to no product AVOID at all costs.

I have been chasing a refund for a couple of months now. As soon as they know you want a refund all communication stops.
No communication via the internet, phone or e mail.
I sent my brackets back to their internet address only for it to be returned signed 'refused not wanted'

Waiting for someone to reply for 8 days, no telephones answered. Customer service beyond shocking.

Ordered a wall bracket for the tv. It arrived as advertised, though I preferred if the quality could be better.
