Amazing i found this all very helpful and i love it believe me its so easy for people who dont know German you can use it in different languages and easy to use

total garbage 131 eur for one fahrstunde sitting , and still no exam was granted to me , i have foreign driving license 18 years driving exp overseas and 6 months driving exp in germany they dont have exam dates for dekra applicant .the driver always sick now my theory expired after 2 years so i lost interest in taking more lessions after 8 months they send me 280 euros pending money . i always paid 131 eur before taking fahrstunde. the money is always paid on app and they will beg top up minumim 500 to make your process quicker . total pathetic not happy with service

I had a terrible experience with 123 Fahrschule. From customer service to branch incharge, everyone seemed unprofessional and seemed dealing a non-EU student for the first time. They were unhelpful, constantly delayed appointments, and provided incomplete or unclear informations. Everything felt disorganized, with frequent delays in processes like rescheduling or rewriting tests. Instructors would even take leaves without prior notice, leaving learner stranded. Overall, I would not recommend this driving school to anyone.

The App is very convenient and user-friendly. I am very satisfied with English language which is available for all the questions which is very helpful for my learning. Another impressive experience is video’s questions, they look almost like real-life practice. The only down-point is the explanation of each question are still in German.

Great school, easy app and friendly service! Able to book my classes in different cities while I’m traveling for work, theory is available in English and very clear deadlines an app - highly recommend for those who are looking to get a license in a quick manner but not able to cover all costs for an intensive course!

Communication is really good.

I paid the contract with delay, before using anything they blocked my account and kept the money. Is still with them 700 euros, no service was provided.

Bad Service. Schlechte service.
Die verlängern Abos ohne deine Zusage! They renew your subscription without your consent! We have a very bad experience with them. If you dont speak german, I suggest you to search a friendlier company. We had no clue they renewed our subscription, so we didnt payed it "on time". After paying it later, they deleted our access to the service. So we payed an extra year, and we had no access.

Their drivers also are never avalable.

And please take care in the contract is written "we have the right to cancel your subscription at any time" . That means that even if you payed, if they dont like you, you can loose your right to your full service.

Costumers rights? Do not exist?

So I can say , I am so sick of this. I am tierd and I had just headache, phones after phones with them , to try to get out the paper certificate for the already done courses, they needed 2-3 months for it....alltought they were angry we didnt pay on time, they also didnt send our papers on time.... disaster.

I only recomend: stay way from it! I save you the headache .

Overall, the experience at Fahrschle123 was positive and smooth. My driving instructore was Peter Rudner, who was very professional and kind-hearted. He mostly will encourage the student to try their best and gives very detailed feedback for the mistakes learnt during each Fahrstunde. Peter can speak both German and English, so if you are an expat, definitely you should try to find him (though not sure he will have slot, haha, too busy). Price wise, it is a bit more compared with other school, but they have digital app which is more convinient, so quality and price matches.

I am loving this driving school , because it's too easy to learn in this application. As an English speaker i didn't find any difficulty and all the staff were supportive.
