Recommended... no hesitation!

I have worked in IT and SaaS environments for over 40 years and know what it takes to deliver top-notch customer service and a comprehensive product that does what you expect, and does it easily. The team at 123contactform has been amazingly helpful and provided fast, accurate responses, including those that fix things through the back door. I have been working with Peter Zegheanu and Ovidiu Bega, and trust that the rest of the team is just as great. The product has more than enough functionality for anyone's needs and once you "get it," you'll start creating forms in minutes. Literally. I have no hesitation recommending the product and the people to anyone who needs an attractive and highly functional forms generator.

Best service I come accross in 12 years

Been working online for the last 12 years with different service provider's
and I have never ever come across this kind of AMAZING, TRUSTWORTHY, ACCURATE, TO THE POINT effective answers. the speeds and courtesy and professional support are superb!

EXCELLENT support

EXCELLENT support. I just happened to find 123 while looking for an easy way to pull together 360 degree surveys. I had already had a bad experience with SurveyMonkey. A chat window popped up while I was browsing and Adi, from the support team, was ready to answer the questions I had. He helped me do comparisons of competitors and of their different plans. I was able to sign up and get started pretty quickly thanks to his help and guidance. What a great experience - hopefully the first of many as I start using 123contactform

First of all

First of all, this is the most versatile web-form tool out there. It can do just about anything. The user-interface can be a bit confusing, but that's because there are so many options.

I'm had to rely on customer support several times and each time they go above and beyond to solve all of my issues.

HIGHLY recommend 123 Contact Forms!

Skilled Knowledgable Prompt Accurate and Just Plain Nice People!

I can't say enough great things about Julia and 123contactform! I work on the website for a small non-profit organization. I began using the free version of 123contactform and was very pleased. I found by upgrading I could do so many more things for a very reasonable price.

With that said, I had an issue with one form that did not display correctly. After a few chats with Julia, she pinpointed the issue with it and sent screen shots to correct it. I send it to Weebly who discovered they have a bug in their system. Weebly's App development team is correcting it.

This demonstrates how Julia and her team went above and beyond to unveil the problem when it wasn't even their software.

Kudos to the team. I strongly recommend them and would work with them anytime!

I don't muck about with my reviews

I don't muck about with my reviews.

It's easy to find lots of crappy little apps that say they'll do 'x,y,z' but never deliver, or deliver but let you down on customer service.

I've only used the free app and free forms so far, not had to pay anything, but I had a formatting issue, so I hit the little button with a picture of a person on it, and up popped their technical support within thirty seconds.

I explained my problem, the chap Olividu (I think?) asked me to wait, and five minutes later, he's inserted CSS code into the table to fix the formatting issue.

Considering I've not paid for their app (but will now on the basis of this alone), that was superb customer support, and better than many paid companies I've experienced in the past.

Keep up the good work troops.

Customer Service is Always Key!

Customer service is often the deciding factor as to whether I work (or continue to work!) with a company. The customer service and support I recently received from 123ContactForm was excellent! I worked with Support Specialist Adrian Stanciu on a frustrating technical issue and Adrian not only provided a prompt follow-up to my inquiry, he patiently answered my questions, offered helpful solutions, and tested the solutions for me. Thanks, Adrian! I'll definitely recommend 123ContactForm because of your stellar customer support!

Time saving and great service!

I've been using this service for years for our non-profit to include everything from event registrations, donation collection, fundraising campaigns, contact forms, service registration, account payments any volunteer solicitation. We've never had a problem and the forms are so easy. I have web design background but writing scripts and php is uncharted territory for me. This service saves me so much time, and has really improved a lot of the workflow in our office. We do use some forms internally which saves us a lot of paperwork as well. I have also connected other services like dropbox and constant contact to our forms, which makes some processes more efficient and helps us retain contact with our supporters. I love you guys! I've always received fast and accurate answers to any questions I did have, and I don't see us cancelling this service any time soon. Over the last few years there has also been a tremendous amount of upgrades to the overall system from when I first started, and they have all been great. I can't say enough good things about this. Our nonproft is fully integrated with your service, and it's improved every area of what we do.

Poor, malfunctioning product, even WORSE service!!

Indeed, as you say above, it was a very negative and unacceptable experience, typified by unreasonable and rude conduct.
The product was not what they described or advertised, and the service was hostile and not even knowledgeable about their own product.
The company can be most accurately described as a shabby "bait and switch" whose products are crude, poorly functioning and relentlessly "buggy."
This company apparently is built primarily for profit, as opposed to being built to serve their consumers or to provide a quality product. Incredibly poor experience; rude, peremptory and ignorant "assistance" at all levels that I contacted to try to resolve my problems.
No one has a clear idea of what the product is nor of what it should do.
As near as I can determine, the technical support team is either invisible or absent as no one was able to offer knowledgeable advice regarding the functionality of their forms, their products.
This I found extremely odd and have never encountered before.
As rude, curt and unhelpful as they were, you can be sure they will still dog you to spend more money to upgrade your subscription, as they did me. The advertising of these upgrades do NOT appear on their websites, but occur during a call or video from the self described "upper management."
During this call nothing is put into print so there are no messages exchanged with rates, figures or subscription information during this call.
I experienced a high-pressure sales encounter after I had been baited into a videoconference with emails indicating the company wished to "discuss their service" and educate me their product.
The experience was highly similar to environment seen in the movie where the guiding phrase is, "Always Be Closing," Glengarry Glen Ross.
I was pressured to spend exorbitantly, far beyond my profitability.
When I hesitated I was threatened with being reported to federal authorities. I took umbrage with this, and the call took a quick downward turn.
In an immediate return email, I asked that my account be canceled immediately and that I was unwilling to pay any further charges, and I scrubbed my website of their product also immediately.

They charged me anyway.

When I complained to the vendor of the products, they contacted the company and I received an email from the same incredibly rude, duplicitous and threatening "Vice President."
He denied that I emailed him to cancel my account.
Then, he also refused, in print, to refund any of my money unless I complete various forms which to that point I have never seen, nor had he written to me regarding them or this process before simply charging me despite my request to terminate his services, despite the prior email to him indicating in no uncertain terms that I wished to cancel my service with them and despite any shred of professionalism they might have remaining.
I did complete the forms, and I am awaiting my refund, if that occurs.
I feel supremely conned. I started with their forms which were described by them as being fully secure, and then within a short period of time I receive a call indicating that the forms that I'm using do not have a shred of security to properly protect myself or my clients, and that I am standing "wide-open" to being hacked.
Of course, I can just "correct" these forms if I pay them twice what I am paid by my clientele through through this service.
This company has been one of the biggest professional disappointment of my life. The only interest is in accessing your credit cards. Certainly it does not appear to me that they have any desire to provide a quality product or service to their clients other than metaphorically shaking them by their shoes to extract every last dime.
I wish a better experience than I had, but I am sadly convinced that any experience with them will be relentlessly negative.

I am trying to create my website using wix.com and 123 contact form. Ovidiu, the customer service representative exactly knew what I was asking and provided me with great details in such a short time over our chat. Ovidiu went far beyond and further provided me with detail instructions. Also I find the 123 contact form has more features and flexibility than any other web forms out there. 123 contact form has my vote of confidence. If you have problems, just ask...
