I ordered some products on 10th July and not seen anything yet. Said it could be delivered 25th July. A bit disappointed, tried to call, but still ‘working remotely’ Emailed but no reply. Hopefully will get my goods soon, fingers crossed.

Awful service - Drop Shipping Company
Awful service. Seriously slow shipping. This company drop ships which is why shipping is so delayed, they do not hold physical stock of products like they make out they do and when I questioned this they told me all products come from directly from their warehouse. Within 24 hours of being told this by email I get an Amazon shipping notification saying my product is on the way?!? Which is proof the parcel has not been dispatched directly from 123 hair and beauty!
The product was a great price but I wish I’d now just paid more and ordered from somewhere else.
I will not be using them again and certainly would not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting weeks for your order!

Great choice of salon products
Great choice of salon products, so pleased I was able to get Shed which my salon recently started using and the product smell is delicious. The delivery time is a little longer than I'm used to and I didn't get the items in time for my holiday however the staff were very helpful and allowed me to change delivery address with the agreement of my neighbour. Very helpful. Will definitely buy from these again but will plan better ahead
