I ordered a kitchen counter and washbasin here. The process of ordering and understanding my options was very smooth, as was the delivery and installation (even though it took a little bit longer than initially indicated). The counter is beautiful and I am really happy with it, but unfortunately some parts of the sink were incorrect and missing. I reached out to the team about this, and was told that they would send the correct parts, however, that is almost a month ago and I am still waiting, despite follwing up multiple times. This is very disappointing, since I still cannot make use of my full kitchen 3+ months after placing my order

The staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgable. Very willing to help, and great communication. I would recommend them to anybody in the market for new counter tops.

Avoid as they are unprofessional. The personnel confirmed the functionality in person when preparing the order in the showroom, but in reality is not aware of the features of the products sold and whether they are suitable for the needs of the customer. Once confronted about the incorrect sink for a food disposer, they refused to take any responsibility for that mentioning it's the responsibility of the customer to verify what they say as they are not the experts... Unless you are ready to double check everything told, better go for a company that is fully aware of what they sell!

I ordered a worktop here. Service in the showroom was great. Installation guys did their job well. End result looks good

They were very quick to reply and perfectly thorough with taking measurements and installing my countertop.

Very good service for ordering. Helpful with advice and adjustments. Delivery on time. Installation was a little messy. The price was definitely very good and well worth it.

I am very satisfied. Kitchen worktop is best quality.
