NOT about Security Alarm but a Chinese company huangjiao6660zhu

This NOT about Security Alarm Technology.
I ordered a mobile lawn ornament from an online company that advertised itself as a small, family owned American company that manufactured the advertised mobile lawn sculpture as made in the USA. Immediately after I ordered it, the order confirmation read huangjiao6660zhu, a Chinese company. Everything up to this point in the ad was a lie. Since then my payment has been processed, the mobile has not been delivered, and after a message that said it would be shipped in 3-5 working days, I've received nothing and heard nothing more, including a reply to my request for a refund. Total fraud from start to finish.
