Really happy with my experience here. Adam was very helpful, upfront and actually listened to what I wanted. Ended up finding a car that was perfect for my budget and the whole process was quick and stress free!! I definitely recommend popping down if you want someone who knows there stuff and won’t mess you around!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This garage is so poor in customer relations. They sell faulty cars, empty fuel tanks, worn out tyres and poorly serviced cars. They refuse to refund my viewing fee which was mistakenly paid twice. There's a lot of dodgy practices going on here. Go to a more reputable garage.

This past Saturday 28 June my son paid a deposit of £200.00 to 16th Avenue through Adam, their finance person.
On Monday the 30 June we decided not to proceed, and requested for the refund of the deposit.
In response to our request for the refund, Adam said he had to speak to his father about it, and I queried why bring his father into the matter, when his father was not part of the transaction of him taking the deposit. His answer was that we can go to court. However, today over the phone he did not mention his father, as he insisted that he would not make the refund. I pointed out to him, that he had confirmed that the deposit is refundable if the transaction was not completed. I also reminded him that he failed to mention as required by regulation, whether the deposit was refundable or not, before asking and taking the deposit. In conclusion, this is a breach of trust. I had trust in dealing with the business, but now that trust has been broken. I will not under any circumstance refer a friend, family member or anyone else to do business with 16th Avenue, based on my experience and their attitude.
I have not awarded any star, it’s just that I could not proceed without ticking a star.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They sell faulty cars and don't disclose all the details of the fault. They patch up cars for cheap using their "mechanics". Some dodgy practices going on here, I've reported them to the Trading Standards and I'm not the only one! Most of the positive reviews are from people they know, one of them even has the same surname as the owner... Do yourself a favour and get your car from a reputable garage.

avoid this company as they are not honest, car supposed to be sold with 1 year Mot and full service and none of them happen, several attempts to contact but no answer, the positive reviews are all false.

They have put a 5star review in my name on their own website after I put a 1 star review on trust pilot.it is impossible for a customer to leave a review on their website.This shows how they deceive customers.PLEASE read all trust pilot reviews and see how 16th avenue treats their customers

Don’t buy from 16th avenue they will rip you off.They sell faulty cars and refuse to refund the money,They sell so called repaired insurance write offs with out telling the buyer.you don’t get any warranty as promised,don’t service the car as stated they just put there own stamp in service book.And it is impossible to leave a review on their own website.please check ALL reviews on trust pilot

I purchased Mercedes A class off 16thAv. Looking at the other reviews I’ve got a complete oxymoron experience. As promised they delivered what they said they will!!. They put 12months mot on the car, got it serviced, and sorted a scratch out that I was concerned about. Even though it was a blind purchase buying it online and viewing the car on FaceTime I got exactly what I wanted. Big shout out to the team at 16thAv for adding the extra effort on getting flowers and a box of chocolate when collecting the car.

What a great place to buy my new car from. Was so impressed by the professionalism shown by the young men running the place. Everything they promised was done on the car and even delivered the car to me. I would definitely recommend to everyone. If you’re looking for a reliable car and respectful sales people, 16th avenue is the right place to go for your next car.
